Solution 1: Delete Pending Print Jobs From the Print Queue

  . Start by going to the search bar on the device the printer is connected to and then open the Printers and Scanners window. 

  . Once you see your printer name, click on it and then go to the Open Print Queue option. 

  . Now, you are required to right-click on the print job and then choose the Cancel option. 

  . When a prompt appears on the screen, choose the Yes option to confirm your action and proceed with further steps. 

  . Now, check if the printer problem is gone. 

Solution 2: Run a Nozzle Check

  . Start by completely turning off your Epson ET 2400 printer. 

  . After that, press the Stop and Power button together by going to the control panel. 

  . Now, your printer will start printing a nozzle check pattern. 

  . You are required to check the printed page for the pattern and look for the missing lines and segments. 

  . If you find any lines missing, you need to press and hold the stop button for 5 seconds until the power light flashes. 

  . Now, the print head cleaning process will run once again; once the process is complete, you will notice that the power light remains lit. 

  . After that, go ahead and print another nozzle check pattern page to see if there are any changes. 

  . Next, you can run the print head cleaning process around 3 times. 

  . See if your printer has started working properly.
