Fix Brother MFC-L8900CDW Printer Not Printing Issue?

You can get your Brother MFC-L8900CDW printer in a “not printing” state as a result of various technical faults. Solution 1: Check Physical Connection

   . First, ensure that the USB cable is connected properly on both ends.

   . In addition, check that the network on your printer and computer are the same.

   . If you want to print via Bluetooth, ensure the printer is connected to your computer or mobile device.

   . Now, check whether your printing problem has been resolved or not. 

Solution 2: Cancel All Print Jobs

   . For the first step, you need to head to the Bluetooth and Other Devices page in your Settings. 

   . Choose the Printers & Scanners and click on your printer.

   . Then, you should click on the Open Print Queue.

   . Choose the three dots, then select the Cancel All option and click Yes.

   . Next, you need to restart your device.

Solution 3: Check the Default Printer

   . On your PC, open the Control Panel.

   . You need to click on the View Devices and Printers option on the open page. 

   . Then, you should right-click on your Brother printer and select Set printer as the default option.

   . After that, see if the printer issue is gone; otherwise, move to the next step.

Solution 4: Check the Printer Status

   . Head to the Control Panel window and choose View Devices and Printers. 

   . Then, right-click on your printer name on the next page. 

   . Select the option See what’s printing.

   . Then go to the Printer tab and uncheck the “Use Printer Offline” option.
