HP printers are known for their fast performance and cutting-edge features. In addition, the brand offers a plethora of options to choose from. However, no matter which HP printer you are using it is common to get some issues like any other electronic machines.
One of the common problems a HP printer user can see is “printer stuck in queue.” If you are having this problem then you should not worry because you can fix it easily with the right solutions. Here walk through the simple guide to fix the problem in no time.
First of all, turn off your HP printer by pressing the power button and remove its plug from the socket.
Now, go to your PC, click on the search icon and enter "services.msc," and search.
Access the Services application.
Next scroll down and then find Print Spooler.
After that, you should right-click on your print spooler and choose Stop.
Then, you need to open the File Explorer.
Now, go to the local disk C, find and open the Windows folder.
Plus, open the "System 32" folder, double-click on the Spooler folder, and then open the "Printers" folder.
In the open folder you should select all the files and delete them permanently.
Turn off your computer device.
Attach the power plug of the printer back into the outlet. (Note- Ensure that the printer has remained without power for at least 60 seconds.)
Next, you should turn on your printer device.
Also, turn on your computer device and start printing the documents to see if the printer is still showing the stuck in queue problem.
