There could be various situations where you can find your printing misaligned documents. This can happen due to feeding the papers incorrectly, issues with printing settings, printer not working properly, etc, to name a few. Fixing the problem is necessary if you want to continue printing documents. To help you out of this problem, below is the best possible solution.
First, you are required to power on your Canon printer and then select the Menu button.
With the help of the up and down arrow buttons, choose the Network option.
After that, select WLAN and then press OK.
Now, click on the Setup Wizard and press OK, and it will start searching for available networks.
Utilize the up and down arrow buttons once again, select the network you want to connect with, and press OK.
Type the SSID network key and press OK. (Note- You will see your network name and password on the base or side of your wireless router.)
Once you see the “Apply Settings?” screen, press the up arrow button to apply, and it will start connecting.
A Connected message on the LCD screen will appear when the connection process is complete.
After that, the printer will print a test page.
In most cases, the misaligned printing in a Canon printer is resolved using these steps. However, if the problem still persists, then it would be best to seek more help.
