Method 1: Check Physical Connection
Initially, you need to check if the USB cable is inserted properly to the printer and computer.
And if you are using an Ethernet cable, ensure that your cable is connected to the printer and router/access point.
Now, check if your printer is online.
First you should access the control panel window on your device.
Next, you need to right-click on your Brother printer and click on the “Set as default printer” option.
Then, check if your problem has been resolved.
Go to the Control Panel and click on View Devices and Printers.
