Connecting your Epson printer to Wi-Fi makes it easier to print from your phone, laptop, or computer without using cables. You can use one of the following methods based on your Epson printer model and router settings.
Method 1: Epson Smart Panel App
Install the Epson Smart Panel app on your mobile device.
Open the app and tap the (+) icon to add your printer.
Select your Epson printer model and choose the Setup option.
Enter your Wi-Fi password when asked.
Keep your phone close to the printer until setup is complete.
Method 2: Wi-Fi Setup Wizard
Open the Wi-Fi Setup Wizard from your printer's settings.
Select your Wi-Fi network from the list.
Enter the correct Wi-Fi password.
Confirm the settings and start the connection.
Wait for the Epson printer to show a successful connection.
Method 3: WPS Setup
Press the WPS button on your router.
Within 2 minutes, press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your Epson printer.
Wait until the Wi-Fi light stops flashing.
Print a network status sheet to confirm the connection.
If your Epson printer does not connect, then check whether your router has a 2.4GHz network, as many Epson printers do not connect to 5GHz networks. Also, make sure your computer and printer use the same Wi-Fi network.
