mentioned images at the start what are some of the other things that you feel like there that students doing that they could students can learn from well I just tell people we all have great stories we just dont know theyre great stories right you know what I think the first time I talked to her about this shes like Metro really nondescript and I you know I just said do a brain dump you know tell me about it and all of a sudden it just caught her and said wow yeah Im liking this and you can feel that you can feel the emotion aliveness genuine emotion here and Im sure there are people that can be asset but this is this is to me what a great essay can be this is 650 words of weve traveled a long way both you know from one station to another and I do think of ezra pounds Anastasia in a station of the Metro you know which is one of the most famous poems in English where you get petals on a wet black bough I mean its writing a five paragraph essay that level of seeing that makes me see God shes gonna be great no matter what she write about you know shes gonna bring a level of sophistication and technique that is going to benefit the other students community shes in so thats why sure so awesome and Im like well first of all Im combing through hundreds if not thousands of essays and going these are my favorites and these the ones Im presenting cuz I think we learn a lot from them and so you know I said we could go over crappy essays but you know you read crappy essays you know in fact weve probably both written some crappy essays right so I tell you know I tell students that so thats anyway speaking to if folks are looking this going like well that seems like that triple axel because it seems like in terms of the level of craft this is like this is about as good as it gets in terms of you know what what we take what we see on these Im with you its its it is triple axel level were theyre getting it a quadruple axel is now it seems so let me I want to I want to go have stayed with me I some of the ones that have stood out for me like the last limo in like over the last couple years have been the topics that were a little bit more surprising like a student that I met last year worked on medieval blacksmithing was his topic and you know he walked in with that hes like you know that was on his I have students whos 21 details exercise Im one of his 21 details is like hes been doing medieval blacksmithing for the last two years and I said what tell me tell me more because thats I tell since thats immediately more interesting than another golf essay right and like you dont even have to write a good medieval blacksmithing essay to stand out so that one is stood out and you know other students have read on these these uncommon topics beat boxing and you know strange things that they do or strange habits but what I tell students is that you dont have to do something it could be as simple as shoes on the metro but if you do do that you better do some
