stop and Ill just X out of it before I save it done now Im ready to do it again when you have all of your files ready to go youve finished narrating all your slides you are able to click out of the voice recorder or you can leave it there totally up to you if you have more to do and Im gonna switch over to my Google Drive tab up at the top left I made myself a folder by clicking new folder and I called it sound recordings so Im gonna dump all my sound recordings and I open that folder and then I am going to go to new file upload so my sound recordings I just downloaded so theyre going to be in downloads on the sidebar and there are all my recordings they are in order of when I recorded them so I didnt practice one earlier so were not gonna take that one but then I have this one and this one next Im gonna click on both of them and Im going to upload them so now when I go back into my slideshow its always helpful at this point to refresh the slides presentation that way it gets the most up-to-date information about your sound files and then Im gonna go to that first slide I narrated Im gonna hit insert audio and in my drive there are all my choices so the tricky part is figuring out which one is correct but if I hover over them it will tell me the longer name and I know my first one with no number was my test so I dont need that and the next one had the number 1 thats all I want Im gonna click on it to select it and now you can see Google pops in a little third grade homework audio picture right there and when I click on it it shows me a big long play bar to show you this is me just editing the file all by myself and I can click here I can drag this to a different spot if I think it makes more sense for students to see it in this corner or even right in the middle Id like to leave it up in the corner and just let students know where to look for it and then what happens is when students are playing my presentation theyll see that little icon and when they hover over it theres a play bar goodmorning GK today is Monday March 16 2020 and I know that it is a little different for us to be at school this way so its really that simple and now Im going to exit myself from my slide show I can do this as many times as I want to I can insert my next one here insert audio here is my second one and I can see it popped up right there in the corner now my students
