in the exact format like make sure Ive got the italics extra followed the system so that is everything I have rambled on for the whole country Im sorry if this was a long video there was a lot to hey guys so today Im going to give you all a little insight onto how I plan and begin writing out my essays writing out a long paper is a big process and Ive managed to kind of break down that process in a specific way that works really really well for me as soon as I receive a prompt for a longer essay the absolute first thing I do is read over the entire paper and point out any information that I really need to pay attention to so for this I use highlighters I use a neon colored one this is a stellar try plus text surfer and I went through the paper and highlighted anything that had to do with like formatting the due date or how its going to be graded and so I found that that is a really useful way to categorize the most important information about like the assignment as a whole and then after that I went what to write about in college essaythrough the actual prompt which is this section of that paper and I basically took this pastel colored highlighter and for those of you wondering its the pilot FriXion pastel highlighters and those are erasable by the way which is awesome and so I went through the entire prompt and highlighted the actual I guess like components of the question that I really needed to answer and so I broke down the question into three parts and identified that with a one two and three just to make sure I covered the entire question Im not accidentally leaving portions of the question out in my essay answer and as we went over this in class and I like wrote on the side and the margins anything that my teacher said that I thought was important and that I should add in that wasnt really I guess thoroughly gone through in the paper and to making sure that you know exactly whats expected of you both in the prompt and however youre going to be graded in this case were being graded on a four point scale thats similar to an AP style rubric and so being able to see exactly what you need to do to earn a specific grade is a very useful source of
