Summary
This source, titled "☕️ GREASY ☙ Friday, August 8, 2025 ☙ C&C NEWS 🦠," presents a highly critical and opinionated review of current events, particularly focusing on what the author perceives as misleading media narratives and controversial legislation. The text attacks a New York Times article by economist Emily Oster, accusing her of defending seed oils despite emerging science linking them to health issues, and highlights a perceived double standard in her data analysis compared to her pandemic-era advice. Additionally, the author exposes alleged crime data manipulation in Washington D.C., contrasting a New York Times headline with local reporting to suggest a deliberate effort to downplay crime rates. Finally, the source fiercely criticizes California bill AB 495, arguing it would dangerously broaden caregiver powers without proper oversight, enabling child endangerment under the guise of assisting immigrant families, and praises a pastor for opposing it despite potential political repercussions.
The debate surrounding seed oils involves contrasting views on their health implications and the broader context of modern diets.
The New York Times' Position (Emily Oster) The New York Times, through an editorial penned by economist "Dr." Emily Oster, argues that "seed oils are fine" and dismisses concerns about them.
"Flawed" Science: Oster claims that the science linking obesity and other health problems to omega-6 oils like canola, safflower, and sunflower is "flawed," suggesting it represents correlation, not causation.
Real Villain: She asserts that the true culprit for health issues isn't the oil itself, but rather the ultra-processed foods, like deep-fried Oreos, in which they are used.
Inconsistency: The author of the source highlights Oster's inconsistency, noting that during the pandemic, she advocated trusting "emerging data" even if messy, but now dismisses vast emerging evidence against seed oils as "flawed". Oster, an economist, not a medical professional, is accused of being a "greasy science denier" and a "shill for institutional interests" and "big food".
Joachim Bartoll's Counter-Argument Joachim Bartoll, the author of the source, strongly refutes Oster's claims and presents a starkly critical view of seed oils and, more broadly, all plant-based foods.
Industrial Processing of Seed Oils: Bartoll explains that seeds "greedily prefer to keep" their oil, so extraction requires an "all-out industrial assault". This process involves:
High-pressure mechanical rollers.
Solvent baths in hexane.
Repeated heating.
Chemical refining to strip out unpleasant odors and revolting colors.
"Deodorizing" to make the final product palatable. He labels these as "factory foods," manufactured to turn "valueless agricultural waste into profitable, shelf-stable cooking fat".
Health Impacts of Seed Oils:
High-omega-6 industrial oils (like soybean, canola, safflower, and sunflower) oxidize easily under heat and in the body.
This oxidation spawns reactive aldehydes that inflame tissues, damage cell membranes, and scramble mitochondrial function.
They skew the body’s omega-6 to omega-3 ratio towards a chronic, low-grade inflammatory state, priming the immune system for misfires and front-loading the metabolism for insulin resistance.
Animal models and controlled feeding studies have linked high seed-oil diets to fatty liver, obesity, impaired satiety signaling, and cardiovascular dysfunction, especially when combined with refined carbohydrates and sedentary living.
Critique of "Co-Causes" Argument: Bartoll dismisses Oster's argument that seed oils' harm is due to "co-causes" (e.g., eating ultraprocessed food, less exercise, smoking). He contends that most chronic diseases are "gang crimes, not lone-wolf attacks," and inflammation from omega-6 oxidation can multiply the damage from other negative factors. He argues that demanding proof of seed oils as a "solo killer" before taking action is akin to delaying action on tobacco for another generation.
All Plant-Based Foods are Toxic: Bartoll extends his criticism beyond processed foods and seed oils to include all plant-based edibles, even unprocessed ones.
He asserts that humans are "obligate hyper carnivores" and are only physically and biochemically constructed for animal-based nutrition.
He claims anything plant-based is "extremely toxic," regardless of processing, containing "defense chemicals, antinutrients, heavy metals, [and] pesticide residues" to protect them from consumption.
He argues that plant-based nutrients are in the "wrong inorganic chemical form" and are not bioavailable to humans.
He suggests that processing, while refining compounds that are "extremely bad and unhealthy," can at least remove some of these plant defense chemicals and antinutrients.
"Make America Healthy Again" Agenda and Dietary Advice: Bartoll views the focus on ultraprocessed foods, such as in Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s "Make America Healthy Again" agenda, as a "scapegoat" or "distraction" to hide the "extremely unhealthy" nature of all plant-based foods. He claims that most people are deceived into believing that vegetables and fruit are healthy, despite knowing ultra-processed foods are bad, and still give them to their children, which he calls "pure insanity".
He advises avoiding all vegetables, seeds, nuts, and seed/vegetable oils.
He recommends prioritizing nutritionally dense animal-based foods such as liver, kidneys, eggs, and meat from ruminants.
If budget is a concern, he suggests simple processed items like pasta to "fill out the plate" because, despite being processed, they "do not contain as many toxins as vegetables".
Regarding DC crime data, there is a clear discrepancy in reporting and portrayal by different media outlets and authorities.
Here's a breakdown of the information presented in the sources:
New York Times' Portrayal: The New York Times (NYT) published a headline suggesting that Donald Trump was "surging DC law enforcement for no reason" and attempting to "portray" violent crime. The NYT reportedly claimed that "data shows DC crime rates dropping significantly".
Allegations of Data Falsification: This portrayal by the NYT is contrasted with reports from local media. Two weeks prior to the NYT article, DC's local NBC affiliate Channel-4 Washington reported that DC police commander Michael Pulliam was placed on paid administrative leave in mid-May. This action followed accusations from an assistant chief and the police union that the department was deliberately falsifying crime data.
Method of Manipulation: The police union claimed that police supervisors manipulated crime data to make it appear that violent crime had fallen considerably compared to the previous year. Specifically, officers were allegedly directed to record felony offenses, such as shootings, stabbings, or carjackings, as lesser offenses like theft, injured person reports, or felony assault, which are not the same classifications.
Implications and Response: The author of the source questions how severe crime must be for the police department to engage in such a "criminal conspiracy to cook the books". It is noted that the police union is typically a defender of officers, so their whistleblowing indicates a serious issue. The author concludes that if the reported "drops" in crime were indeed manipulated by a "compromised command staff," then Trump is "not overreacting" but "the only one reacting" to the true situation. The New York Times is criticized for not mentioning the arrest or the union's accusations in its reporting.
California Assembly Bill 495 (AB 495) is a proposed law that has generated significant controversy due to its potential implications for parental rights and child safety.
Key Provisions and Intent:
AB 495 is described as a bill intended to help immigrant families plan for child separation, particularly in cases of deportation.
However, the bill is not limited to immigrants; it vastly expands California's caregiver rules for all children.
It would allow any adult claiming a "mentoring" or "extended-family" relationship to instantly assume key parental powers, including school pickup, enrollment, and medical consent.
This transfer of authority would occur simply by signing a self-executing affidavit, with no court review, no ID check, and no parental notice required.
Schools and providers would be shielded from legal liability as long as they claim to have accepted the one-page form "in good faith".
Concerns and Criticisms:
School Pickup "Loophole": Critics highlight that the bill would enable virtually anyone to fill out an affidavit in the morning and legally pick up a child from school that same afternoon without showing ID, without prior notice to the parent, and even if not on the school's authorized pickup list. The bill's supporters reportedly do not deny this "loophole," viewing it as a feature necessary due to aggressive immigration enforcement.
Medical Consent: The affidavit signer could take a child directly from school for "gender surgery or any other medical treatment".
Police Scrutiny: An adult with the self-executed affidavit could potentially avoid questioning by law enforcement regarding a child in their care, even in suspicious circumstances.
Risk of Predators: The bill is characterized as a "wide-open, self-executing custody transfer scheme" that applies to every child, lacking vetting, oversight, or limits, and thus could "work just as well for predators as for the immigrant families it’s supposedly designed to protect".
Opposition and Political Impact:
Conservative and Parents' Rights Groups have "gone to war" over the bill.
Pastor Jack Hibbs, a prominent Southern California megachurch leader, has publicly called the bill "sick" and "evil," even urging families to leave California if it passes. His stance is noted as a significant shift for religious leaders, who historically avoid political involvement due to tax-exempt status.
Critics argue that California's Democratic lawmakers could have created a "narrowly tailored fix," such as authorizing Child and Family Services to intervene in cases of parental deportation, but instead opted for a broad scheme.
The perceived "school pickup loophole" is seen as a central and undeniable aspect of the bill, making it politically challenging for Democrats to defend during competitive elections.
The corporate media has reportedly been quiet about the controversy surrounding AB 495.
The author suggests that if AB 495 passes, it would be a "parent’s worst nightmare" but a political boon for national Republicans.
The sources indicate several instances of media bias, particularly highlighting how certain outlets frame narratives, selectively present information, or omit crucial details to shape public perception.
Here are key examples discussed:
The New York Times (NYT) and the Seed Oils Debate:
The NYT published an editorial by economist "Dr." Emily Oster, originally titled "Seed Oils Are Fine, Really," later stealth-edited to "Stop Freaking Out About Seed Oils".
Oster's piece dismissed concerns about seed oils, claiming that the science linking them to obesity and health problems is "flawed," representing correlation rather than causation. She suggested the "real villain" is ultra-processed foods.
The source criticizes Oster, an economist and not a medical professional, for her inconsistent application of scientific standards. During the pandemic, she advocated trusting "emerging data" even if "messy" and "incomplete," but now dismisses a "vast body of emerging and observational evidence against seed oils" as "flawed" and unable to "prove causation".
The author labels Oster a "greasy science denier" and a "shill for institutional interests," suggesting she has "shifted to working for big food" after allegedly "working for pharma". The piece argues that the NYT is enabling a "distraction" to hide the "extremely unhealthy" nature of anything plant-based.
The New York Times and DC Crime Data:
The NYT ran a headline implying that Donald Trump was "surging DC law enforcement for no reason" and attempting to "portray" violent crime, asserting that "data shows DC crime rates dropping significantly".
This portrayal is presented as biased by the source, which points out that just two weeks prior, DC's local NBC affiliate Channel-4 Washington reported that a DC police commander was placed on leave due to accusations of deliberately falsifying crime data.
The police union claimed that supervisors manipulated crime data to make violent crime appear to have "fallen considerably" by directing officers to record felony offenses (like shootings, stabbings, or carjackings) as lesser offenses (like theft or felony assault).
The author criticizes the NYT for omitting any mention of the police commander's administrative leave or the union's accusations, calling it a "horrible newspaper" for failing to report on such a significant "criminal conspiracy to cook the books" that undermines its own narrative.
Corporate Media and California's AB 495 Bill:
The source alleges that corporate media has been "quiet" about the controversy surrounding California's AB 495 bill.
Local KCRA-3, for example, ran the story under an "intentionally mind-numbing headline" stating the bill "aims to help immigrant families plan in case of separation," which the author claims is misleading as the bill is not limited to immigrants.
The source argues that the media's "explainer" of the bill was "at best, misleading" by failing to highlight that it would allow "any adult claiming a 'mentoring' or extended-family relationship instantly take over key parental powers" without court review, ID checks, or parental notice, and could facilitate child abductions for purposes such as "gender surgery". The bill's supporters, according to the source, even justify these "loopholes" by blaming "aggressive immigration enforcement".
This alleged media silence and misleading framing suggest an attempt to downplay the controversial aspects of the bill.
Pastor Jack Hibbs is identified as a significant figure in conservative Christian activism who has become prominently involved in political commentary.
Here's what the sources say about him:
Role and Reach: He is the founding pastor of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, a Southern California megachurch with a congregation numbering in the tens of thousands. His audience extends nationwide through livestreams, radio, and social media.
Political Engagement: Hibbs is known for blending evangelical preaching with unapologetic political commentary. The source notes that his involvement marks a "sea-change for mainstream religious leaders" who have historically been reluctant to engage in politics due to concerns about their tax-exempt status.
Stance on California's AB 495 Bill: Pastor Jack Hibbs is a vocal opponent of California's AB 495 bill, which he has called "sick" and "evil". He is actively encouraging families to leave California if the bill passes.
Challenging Tax-Exempt Status: He is "pushing the envelope" by daring the IRS to revoke his church's tax exemption due to his First Amendment political speech. The source suggests that this is unlikely to happen, as the IRS clarified in June that churches can endorse political candidates to their own members, implying he is creating a precedent of non-enforcement.
Call to Action: The author encourages other pastors to follow Hibbs' example in speaking out against AB 495 and similar issues.

The provided sources offer a critical and often conspiratorial perspective on a range of contemporary issues, primarily focusing on the perceived failures and dangers of US foreign and domestic policy under the Trump administration. Key themes include the US's alleged role in global conflicts and financial colonialism, particularly its unwavering support for Israel, the detrimental effects of current dietary trends, and a deep skepticism towards government and media narratives. There is a strong undercurrent of anti-establishment sentiment, advocating for a radical shift in global power dynamics and a return to what authors perceive as foundational truths about health and governance.
1. Critiques of Donald Trump's Presidency and Foreign Policy:
Hubris and Incompetence: Giraldi argues that Trump "somewhat hubristically claims that he ‘runs both the country and the world’" but demonstrates "negligible understanding of international politics and diplomacy." Kwiatkowski suggests Trump's constant communication, particularly on social media, reveals a "thin" foreign policy based on "diplomatic threats, trade favors and penalties, and military power," rather than substantive philosophy or informed decision-making.
Warmongering and Instability: Despite claims of peace, Giraldi asserts Trump is "not a man of peace" and has supported "avoidable wars in both Ukraine and Gaza/Palestine." Specific actions cited include withdrawing from the JCPOA and INF Treaty, assassinating Qassim Soleimani, striking Syrian targets, and recently bombing Iran in support of Israel. He also notes Trump's "making and citing plans to start nuclear war with Russia, quite possibly to prevent the release of the Epstein files."
Unwavering Support for Israel: A prominent critique across sources is Trump's perceived subservience to Israeli interests. Giraldi states, "Trump is truly tied hand and foot with Israel." The conditioning of FEMA funds on non-boycott of Israeli companies is highlighted as an example of prioritizing Israeli interests over American taxpayer needs: "The Trump administration has now declared that states and cities will not receive FEMA funding if they choose to boycott or otherwise cease doing business with Israeli companies or individuals." The "Truth" social media post attributed to Trump explicitly states, "America stands firmly with Israel... The State of Israel represents the peak of human perseverance and the pinnacle of human triumph—and I will always support its right to win its war on terror." Roberts suggests that Ghislaine Maxwell could expose the Epstein operation as "an Israeli blackmail operation to ensure that US Middle East policy conformed with Israel’s," which would "free Trump from Israel’s control."
2. US Financial Colonialism and the Decline of Western Hegemony:
Weaponization of the Dollar and Sanctions: Michael Hudson, interviewed by Ben Norton, details "US-centered financial colonialism," where the US abuses its dominance in international financial institutions (IMF, World Bank) and the UN Security Council. They argue that "unilateral sanctions, which violate international law," are used to punish dissenting countries, forcing them to seek alternatives. Trump's threatened tariffs, up to "50% tariffs on Brazil" and "60% on countries like Laos," are seen as a continuation and intensification of this weaponization, making it "impossible for countries to export enough goods to the United States or its European satellites in order to obtain the dollars to pay the foreign debt."
Imposed Austerity and Resource Extraction: Hudson explains that the IMF and World Bank impose "structural adjustment" and austerity measures, forcing countries to "raise dollars by selling off whatever is left of your public utilities; whatever is left of your mineral resources, your oil resources, your mining, your forests, your land; whatever public assets you have, you will have to sell off." This system prevents national sovereignty over tax systems and resource recovery due to mechanisms like "investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS)."
Rise of the Global Majority and Alternatives: The "Global Majority" (86-87% of the world population outside the "collective West") is seeking alternatives. BRICS, representing "more than 50% of the global population" and "40% of world GDP," is presented as a nascent alternative with institutions like the New Development Bank (NDB) and the Contingent Reserve Arrangement (CRA). Hudson advocates for a complete break from the existing system, suggesting Global South countries should "collectively decide, that they’re not going to pay, that they’re going to default" on "odious debt," which is defined as "a debt that is imposed without the benefit of the borrowing country."
Trade War with China and Rare Earth Elements (REEs): The intensifying US trade war with China, characterized by "skyrocketing tariffs," is framed as a "geoeconomic strategy aimed at decoupling the increasingly postindustrial American economy from China’s sprawling industrial base." The US reliance on China for REEs (up to 60% in mining, 86% in processing/manufacturing) creates a "virtually insurmountable paradox" for the Pentagon, as US aggression forces China to restrict exports, which then harms US military production. The anonymous author states, "Washington DC can blame this vulnerability to Beijing’s countermeasures solely on its aggressive foreign policy."
3. Public Health and Dietary Concerns:
Critique of Ultra-Processed Foods and Plant-Based Diets: Joachim Bartoll asserts that over half of US children's calories come from ultra-processed foods, but argues that "anything processed and even unprocessed plant-based is not far off in comparison, and some might even be worse." He claims "humans are obligate hyper carnivores" and "anything plant-based is extremely toxic," containing "defense chemicals, antinutrients, heavy metals, pesticide residues and other toxins." He dismisses the idea of natural fruits and vegetables today, stating they are all "genetically modified and cultivated."
Targeting "Seed Oils": The Coffee & Covid News article highlights a debate concerning "seed oils" (e.g., canola, sunflower). It criticizes economist "Dr." Emily Oster for dismissing evidence linking these oils to health problems, accusing her of being a "greasy science denier" and a "shill for institutional interests." The article claims that extracting seed oils involves "all-out industrial assault" and that their polyunsaturated fats "oxidize easily under heat and in the body, spawning reactive aldehydes that inflame tissues, damage cell membranes, and scramble mitochondrial function."
Call for Animal-Based Nutrition: Bartoll advocates for a "species-specific, species-appropriate natural human diet of raw or lightly cooked animal-based foods," emphasizing organ meats and ruminant meat for nutritional value.
4. Domestic Issues and Government/Media Deception:
Tariffs and Economic Impact: Jim Quinn's "Tariffmania" satirizes Trump's claims about tariffs curing national debt. While acknowledging a "massive surge in tariff revenue," Quinn argues this is insignificant against the "national debt... increase by approximately $5.5 billion per day forever." He predicts tariffs will lead to "corporate profits will decline and the stock market... will likely decline significantly" or "increase in inflation and further robbing the average household of their spending power." He cites "shrinkflation" as a deceptive method for corporations to pass on costs.
Crime Statistics Manipulation: The Coffee & Covid News piece alleges that the New York Times "stealth-edited" a headline to "smear Trump over DC crime rates" while ignoring evidence of the DC police department "deliberately falsifying crime data" to make it "appear violent crime has fallen considerably."
California AB 495 - Parental Rights and "Child Trafficking": The Coffee & Covid News article expresses alarm over California's AB 495, claiming it would allow "any adult claiming a 'mentoring' or extended-family relationship instantly take over key parental powers" without ID checks, court review, or parental notice. It suggests this bill is a "wide-open, self-executing custody transfer scheme that applies to every child, in every situation, with no vetting, no oversight, and no limits on who can claim authority," effectively enabling "predators" and potentially facilitating "gender surgery or any other medical treatment" without parental consent. It also posits the bill is a punishment for Trump's immigration crackdown.
Religious Activism and Challenging Authority: Pastor Jack Hibbs is praised for opposing AB 495, pushing the "envelope, daring the IRS to cancel his church’s tax exemption because of his First Amendment political speech," thereby "creating a precedent of non-enforcement." This suggests a growing willingness among some religious leaders to challenge perceived government overreach.
Anti-Establishment Sentiment: A pervasive theme is deep distrust of government institutions, mainstream media, and established economic and health narratives. These entities are frequently portrayed as deceptive, corrupt, or incompetent, serving elite interests rather than the public good.
Conspiratorial Underpinnings: Several articles hint at broader conspiracies, such as the Epstein files potentially containing "devastating negative information on the president" to explain his alleged nuclear war threats, or the "Israel/Jewish Lobby" manipulating US policy, or the notion that "humans have never been 'omnivores,' that is a psy-op, a blatant lie."
Call for Radical Change: From a complete overhaul of the international financial system and rejection of debt (Hudson) to a radical shift in dietary philosophy (Bartoll) and a challenge to perceived government control over children (Coffee & Covid), there is a strong call for fundamental changes to the status quo.
Declining US Power and the Rise of a Multipolar World: The economic and geopolitical dominance of the US is presented as being "on its last legs," with a new "multipolar world" emerging where the "Global Majority" can assert its sovereignty and interests independently of the West.

I. Does Donald Trump Really "Run the World"?, by Philip Giraldi
United States President Donald J. Trump claims that he “runs both the country and the world” and has created a political machine called MAGA.
He parlayed that instrument into electoral victory by pledging himself to improve the lives of Americans through shaking up the federal bureaucracy while also ridding the country of illegal immigrants and criminals.
Trump's foreign policy record includes controversial withdrawals and cancellations of international agreements.
He unwisely withdrew from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), which monitored and inspected Iran’s alleged nuclear weapons program.
In 2019, Trump canceled participation in the Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces Treaty with Russia, contributing to a nuclear arms race in Europe.
This has advanced the scientists’ nuclear warning clock to the closest point to midnight, suggesting a tiny misstep could have devastating consequences.
Trump has engaged in aggressive military actions, including assassinations and missile strikes.
He foolishly assassinated Iran’s General Qassim Soleimani, who was on a peace mission in Baghdad, Iraq, in 2020.
The article states that Donald Trump is not a man of peace and has negligible understanding of international politics and diplomacy.
He is also described as a man who believes in “When in doubt threaten to bomb them!”.
Trump has recently made plans and cited plans to start nuclear war with Russia, potentially to prevent the release of the Epstein files.
A "Truth" social media post indicated he positioned two nuclear submarines near Russia after former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev teased him on Twitter, demonstrating an emotional response that could "end the world".
The US relationship with Israel is characterized as one where both Trump and his predecessor acted as pawns to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
A White House response, ostensibly signed by Trump, explicitly stated, “America stands firmly with Israel,” and pledged unwavering commitment to supporting Israel’s right to win its war on terror.
The author contends that US foreign policy under Trump is "all about Israel without a word about actual US interests".
The United States is deemed complicit in war crimes and has done nothing to stop fighting in Gaza or Ukraine, which the author suggests Trump could do by cutting off support to Volodymyr Zelensky and Netanyahu.
The Trump administration has introduced new conditions for the disbursement of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funds.
States and cities must now certify that they will not engage in a "discriminatory prohibited boycott" by refusing to deal or limiting commercial relations with Israeli companies or those doing business with Israel.
This condition on FEMA funding specifically targets the international Boycott Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) declared it would enforce this provision, stating that the BDS movement is "expressly grounded in antisemitism" and that those engaging in "racial discrimination should not receive a single dollar of federal funding".
The article implies that the Trump Administration views Jews as perpetual victims, even when "killing thousands of one year old" individuals.
It states that Americans have "no right to make a business or investment decision based on morality" or exercise free speech regarding a foreign country's behavior if that country is Israel.
The special status granted to Israel by the current US government is described as unique, enjoyed by no other country.
At least 36 US states already have laws prohibiting or denying benefits and jobs to citizens promoting boycotts of Israel, a result of "unrelenting pressure from groups that together make up the Israel/Jewish Lobby".
The author questions whether the nation’s favoring of one foreign country "due to corruption and manipulation is or is it not treason".
It is suggested that US leaders who have worked to place Israel "over and in charge of the United States just might one day have to pay the price for their labors".
II. Does President Trump Talk Too Much?, by Karen Kwiatkowski
The author reflects on whether Trump's frequent tweeting is problematic, acknowledging that such communication can be strategically used by "enemies".
She suggests that open confessions, tweets, and threats by a leader provide "dirt" that can be used to shape public opinion and target the leader.
Trump's communication style is compared to animal behavior in nature, where prey and predator often remain quiet.
However, sound and action can also be used for warning, competition, or trickery, with some creatures employing camouflage to hide their vulnerability.
Trump is characterized as creating "a lot of diversionary noise and confusion in his role of 'Statesman Seeking Peace'".
His assertions, such as claiming BRICS was established to "degenerate" or "break" the US dollar, are labeled as "boldly and erroneously claims".
The author argues that Trump's strategies for saving the dollar are not based in the "natural order".
His approach is seen as that of a "statist, pursuing personality-, bureaucratic-, and party-driven mandates down to the smallest detail".
This "totalitarian obsessiveness in the Capitol" is identified as an indicator that a nation, and its money, is "in the process of dying".
Trump is said to be uninterested in facts that make him look bad, and if he truly cared, he would address systemic issues like inflation statistics and government spending.
Trump's foreign policy is described as "thin" due to his reluctance to seek or demand in-depth information and his tendency to reject information that contradicts his presumptions.
His diplomatic threats, reversals, and evolving promises quickly earned him the descriptor “Trump Always Chickens Out,” which became a tool to manipulate him.
The author claims Trump does not hold any substantive philosophy for understanding money or the "infective debilitation of a national economy that comes from unreasonable lie-based state-borrowing".
His personal experience as a billionaire who survived debt crises reportedly taught him that debt is a game where being "good at the game" ensures survival.
Adam Smith's philosophy is invoked to critique Trump's "statesmanship," suggesting that a statesman attempting to direct private people's capital employment assumes a dangerous authority.
Trump is repeatedly seen as "misreading or misunderstanding the environment, the rules and the data".
Trump is likened to the "Texas wasp moth," appearing to threaten the "overweening state," but this is portrayed as camouflage to achieve his true desires: applause, power, and an "absolutely worthless Nobel Peace Prize".
His tendencies, the author concludes, do not indicate a vision for "enduring American economic health and productivity," but rather a continuation of "self-justified and ever-expanding DC imperialism with just a touch of fascismo".
The article anticipates Trump's reaction as the world potentially moves on philosophically, economically, and innovatively without America's permission.
The author imagines he will communicate his feelings in a tweet, silently or not, thanking for attention.
III. Ghislaine Could Give Trump a Chance To Break Israel’s Power Over America, by Paul Craig Roberts
According to media reports, Ghislaine Maxwell has cleared Trump of participation in sexual activities with underage females.
The author dismisses the "typical nonsense" from the liberal-left that Maxwell lied in hopes of a pardon, stating she is linked to Mossad assets.
The article suggests Maxwell could acknowledge that the Epstein operation was an Israeli blackmail operation aimed at ensuring US Middle East policy conformed with Israel’s interests, in exchange for a pardon.
This revelation, if made, would free Trump and American foreign policy from Israel’s control.
Such a revelation would make it clear that Israel has used "American lives and American money for Israel’s benefit" for several decades.
However, the author warns that if Ghislaine acknowledged this truth, the "Zionist American media and the Christian Zionists would shout her down," and her main danger would be Mossad assassination.
Ron Unz is cited for an article noting that Israel and the Zionist movement have "probably employed assassination as a tool of statecraft more heavily than any other political entity in recorded history".
Maxwell's life would not be safe even in a maximum security prison if she blew the whistle on Israel’s spy/blackmail operation, as her freedom would mean her death.
The article questions how Maxwell's life could be protected from Israel’s assassins, who have proven their ability to assassinate top Iranian scientists, military, and political leaders.
It suggests that Trump’s usual "bluster and threats won’t do it" to guarantee her safety.
One drastic idea proposed is for Washington to seize "several prominent Israelis and hold them as hostages against Ghislaine’s life," though this carries the risk of incentivizing Muslims to kill Ghislaine.
The article concludes by asking for ideas on how a guarantee strong enough for Maxwell to take such a risk might be achieved.
IV. How the world can free itself from US financial colonialism, by Michael Hudson
Economist Michael Hudson describes how the Western powers designed the international financial, legal, and political system to benefit North American corporations at the expense of Global South countries.
He also proposes methods for the Global Majority to resist US neocolonialism.
New organizations like BRICS, representing over 50% of the global population and more than 40% of world GDP, are rising, yet powerful international institutions like the IMF and World Bank remain US-dominated.
The US is the only country with veto power in the IMF and World Bank, and abuses its veto power in the UN Security Council.
The return of Donald Trump as US president is marked by threats of tariffs, such as 50% tariffs on Brazil, used as a political weapon.
However, the "weaponization of the dollar" and unilateral sanctions violating international law have been long-standing policies under multiple US presidents.
Approximately one-third of all countries on Earth and 60% of low-income countries have been sanctioned by the US, compelling them to seek new economic and financial alternatives.
Trump's tariffs make it impossible for many countries to export enough goods to the US to earn the dollars needed to pay their foreign debt.
The international legal system established by the US and Europe prevents other countries from exercising national sovereignty over their tax systems and recovering the value of their natural resources.
This system, bolstered by investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) courts, ties the hands of governments, preventing them from changing laws adverse to American or satellite corporations.
Financial colonialism, unlike traditional military colonialism, uses debt to control newly independent countries.
In the 19th century, countries freed from military rule were forced to borrow from British and French bankers, leading to cycles of default and refinancing where accrued interest was added to their debt.
Creditor nations established "bureacracies of occupation," such as national monetary commissions or central banks, to take control of the fiscal policy of nominally free debtor countries.
This system mirrored Britain's colonial policies, where it prevented American colonies from creating their own money, forcing dependence on British lenders, a key factor leading to the Revolutionary War.
The Global South is currently trapped in a debt situation similar to 19th-century countries like Haiti, Greece, Egypt, and Tunisia, where increasing debt forced them to sell off national patrimony to foreigners.
The author argues that these debts are "odious debt," defined as debt imposed without benefit to the borrowing country, and therefore should be "wiped out under international law".
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank are criticized for their "rotten to the core" philosophy of imposing class war through economic austerity and suppressing wages.
The author believes it is a "terrible, terrible idea" for Global South countries to seek more representation in these organizations, as their "philosophy of development is a philosophy of backwardness".
The United Nations is deemed to have failed in enforcing its founding documents and international philosophy, evidenced by its inability to act in conflicts like those in Israel and Ukraine.
A new set of international organizations is necessary, one that would not include the United States or its satellites and would truly represent the 85% of the world that constitutes the Global Majority.
The BRICS group, with its New Development Bank (NDB) and Contingent Reserve Arrangement (CRA), is presented as the "seeds" of these new alternative organizations.
The author suggests that Global Majority countries should collectively decide to default on their dollar-denominated debt, forcing bondholders and vulture funds to lose their investments.
A distinct economic philosophy is lacking in BRICS, which currently seeks to improve its position within the existing neoliberal framework.
The author advocates for reviving the classical distinction between productive and unproductive credit and investment as the core of a new definition for sovereign nations' development.
This new philosophy should prioritize a nation's own economic development, labor, and country's interests over those of foreign creditors, bondholders, and rentiers.
The challenge involves clearing away "client oligarchies" installed by US political interference, similar to how feudalism was cleared away in Europe.
V. More Than Half The Food US Kids Consume Are Ultraprocessed Foods — But Is It Actually Worse Than Any Other Toxic Plant-Based Garbage?, by Joachim Bartoll
While it's alarming that about 62% of children's energy comes from ultraprocessed foods, the author argues that the situation is "much worse".
He claims that anything processed, and even unprocessed plant-based foods, are nearly as bad or worse, contributing to disease and shortened lifespans.
The author states that humans are "obligate hyper carnivores" and are designed only for animal-based nutrition.
He asserts that "Anything plant-based is extremely toxic, no matter if it’s unprocessed or not".
The idea that humans are "omnivores" is dismissed as a "psy-op, a blatant lie".
Modern fruits and vegetables are not naturally found in nature, having been genetically modified and cultivated, and ancient wild plant-based edibles were too scarce to sustain humans.
Humans lack the physiological capacity to neutralize plant toxins or extract meaningful quantities of nutrients from plants.
Processed foods, such as frozen vegetables or canned fish, have undergone changes like heating or the addition of salt or sugar.
Ultra-processed foods are defined as being made mostly from substances extracted from foods, like fats, starches, and added sugars, combined with numerous additives.
Examples include soft drinks, pizzas, packaged snacks, and breakfast cereals, designed to be highly palatable and convenient.
Unprocessed and processed plant-based foods retain defense chemicals, antinutrients, heavy metals, and pesticide residues that naturally protect plants.
While heavy processing removes some of these toxins, the author contends that plant toxins are "worse" than many man-made chemicals added to ultraprocessed foods, as a single plant can contain "hundreds of different plant-based defense toxins".
The author claims that nutrients in plants are in an "inorganic chemical form" unusable by humans unless converted, a process described as "very toxic and yields very little in return".
Therefore, all plant-based foods, regardless of processing, are considered "extremely toxic and contain close to no nutrition at all," a "deception" that allows other "toxic and cheap crap" to go unnoticed.
Despite a slight decrease, a CDC report shows that ultraprocessed foods still account for 53% of calories for adults and 62% for children in the US.
The author expresses outrage at parents who give children these foods, calling it "frikkin’ stupid, irresponsible and completely mad" given public awareness of their unhealthiness.
The article argues there are "no health benefits associated with eating ultraprocessed foods".
The suggestion that it's "unrealistic to not eat any ultraprocessed foods" and that people consume them for "celebration" is dismissed as "frikkin’ retarded," advocating for nutritious organ meats instead.
The report noted that wealthier adults consume a significantly smaller share of calories from ultraprocessed foods than those with lower incomes.
However, there was not as much variation among children based on family income, which the author finds "alarming".
The author advises that if a budget is limited, one should prioritize "nutritionally dense foods available such as liver, kidneys, and eggs and then some meat from ruminants".
He strongly recommends avoiding "all vegetables, seeds, nuts, seed/vegetable oils and such".
If needing to fill a plate, processed items like pasta are suggested over vegetables, as they are considered to contain "not as many toxins as vegetables that also are expensive".
The overarching advice is to get nutrients from animal-based foods and add energy-dense foods with the least amount of plant toxins.
VI. Tariffmania, by Jim Quinn
Donald Trump is portrayed as highly enthusiastic about tariffs, believing they will "Make America Great Again" and cure deficit problems.
He boasts about a massive surge in tariff revenue, with $120 billion collected in 6 months, projecting an annualized total of close to $400 billion.
The author provides a "perspective on the scale and ultimate impact of these tariffs" relative to the national debt.
The national debt is projected to increase by $1.9 trillion this fiscal year and by about $2 trillion annually thereafter.
The author asserts that the "added tariff revenue will be frittered away by your government in less than 2 months".
He states that Trump and Congress have "no intention of cutting any spending," and increased debt will continue until "economic collapse".
The article posits that Trump's tariffs will inevitably lead to either a decline in corporate profits or an increase in prices for consumers.
The latter is considered "more likely," resulting in increased inflation and further robbing average households of spending power.
The author claims Trump will instruct the new head of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) to "fake the CPI number even more" to conceal the true inflation caused by tariffs.
"Shrinkflation," where the quantity of a product is reduced for the same price, is cited as a "devious method corporations will use to pass these tariffs along" without showing up in official numbers.
Trump's threatening rhetoric and tariffs have not been effective against China, Brazil, India, or other BRIC countries.
These countries are actively "maneuver[ing] to replace the U.S. ruling economic empire".
The use of tariffs and sanctions against Russia, China, and India to force an "unacceptable peace plan" for Ukraine/NATO is compared to FDR’s oil embargo on Japan in 1941.
The author concludes that tariffs should be judged by their "overall results, rather than the intentions and narratives surrounding them," warning of "unintended consequences" yet to be revealed.
VII. US Trade War on China Traps Pentagon in Rare Earths Elements Paradox, by No Author Listed
The intensifying trade war between the United States and China has plunged the global economic system into uncertainty.
The Trump administration's aggressive tariff approach, threatening increases up to 100%, aims to decouple the postindustrial American economy from China's industrial base.
Beijing's retaliatory export controls on critical minerals highlight a deepening rivalry that extends beyond economics to global power projection.
This escalation is framed as a new Cold War, with Western aggression openly focused on "arresting global development based on its geopolitical interests".
America's rationale for tariff wars is rooted in "economic nationalism, (neo)colonialist tendencies and geopolitical posturing".
The current administration prioritizes domestic manufacturing in critical sectors like semiconductors and rare-earth elements (REEs), though the US economy is too postindustrial for quick reindustrialization.
China dominates the REE market, holding up to 60% in mining and 86% in processing and manufacturing.
Beijing only implemented export restrictions after Washington DC initiated its trade war and strategic encirclement efforts to disrupt China's economic activity.
China's REE dominance "terrifies the US," which cannot acquire enough of these elements to manufacture essential items from smartphones to advanced weapon systems.
The US faces a "virtually insurmountable paradox" because there is no evidence China would abuse its REE dominance, yet it is now forced to do so due to US aggression, impacting the Pentagon's ability to acquire REEs.
The article argues that the US's vulnerability to Beijing's countermeasures is "solely on its aggressive foreign policy".
China can leverage its REE advantage to counter US aggression in the Asia-Pacific through export controls or additional licensing requirements, demonstrating it can "choke off the Pentagon’s supply lines" effectively.
The sheer concentration of REE mining, refining, and manufacturing in China provides it with a strategic advantage.
This situation is described as "not a mere trade spat, but a geopolitical battle for control over the arteries of the global economy".
The article asserts that China and its partners in the multipolar world did not initiate this conflict, instead offering "mutually beneficial economic cooperation based on fair conditions".
The "political West’s parasitic, (neo)colonial stance" is blamed for disrupting positive global integration trends and fostering "constant confrontation" through demands for "blind obedience".
welcome to the lenny and Maria sanchez deep dive podcast show.
Today, we will be diving into several recent analyses concerning various global and domestic issues.
First, from "Does Donald Trump Really 'Run the World'?" by Philip Giraldi:
The article states that United States President Donald J. Trump claims to "run both the country and the world".
He created a political machine called MAGA, or Make America Great Again, to achieve electoral victory by pledging to improve American lives, reform the federal bureaucracy, and address illegal immigration and crime.
Trump has focused on what he terms "Biden's Wars" in Asia and Europe, which he considers wasteful and pointless.
In foreign policy, the source notes his withdrawal from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) negotiated by President Barack Obama, which monitored Iran's alleged nuclear weapons program.
In 2019, Trump also canceled participation in the Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces Treaty with Russia, which has contributed to a nuclear arms race in Europe, bringing the nuclear warning clock closer to midnight.
The article mentions the assassination of Iran’s General Qassim Soleimani in Baghdad in 2020, described as being on a peace mission.
Trump reportedly struck Syrian targets with cruise missiles twice based on what the source describes as "phony threat information" from neoconservatives.
More recently, Trump is said to have bombed Iran in support of Israel, assisted in the overthrow of the Syrian government, and supported wars in Ukraine and Gaza/Palestine.
The source indicates that Trump has a belief in threatening to bomb when in doubt, and has been making plans to start nuclear war with Russia, possibly to prevent the release of the Epstein files.
It is reported that Trump positioned two nuclear submarines near Russia after former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev teased him on Twitter.
Regarding the US relationship with Israel, the source suggests both Trump and his predecessor were visible as pawns in dealings with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
A White House response letter, ostensibly signed by Trump, affirmed America's firm stand with Israel, imposed visa restrictions on foreign nationals with ties to terrorist organizations, and committed to deporting pro-Hamas radicals and making college campuses "safe and patriotic".
This stance is described as a "foreign policy of peace through strength," with support for Israel's right to win its "war on terror".
The source suggests this focus on Israel occurs without mention of US interests, and characterizes the US as complicit in war crimes in Gaza and having done nothing to stop fighting in Gaza or Ukraine.
An inspection of humanitarian conditions in Gaza by US Ambassador Mike Huckabee and Chief Negotiator Steve Witkoff is described as a staged event.
The article highlights that 20 AIPAC-sponsored Republican Congressmen, led by House Speaker Mike Johnson, visited Israel, including the West Bank, which is being taken over by Israeli settlers. This visit is presented as Washington's "seal of approval" on such behavior.
The Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, announced new conditions for the disbursement of $1.9 billion in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funds.
The Trump administration has declared that states and cities will not receive FEMA funding if they boycott or cease doing business with Israeli companies or individuals.
This condition targets the international Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement.
DHS stated it would enforce the boycott provision, asserting that the BDS movement is "expressly grounded in antisemitism" and that those engaging in "racial discrimination" should not receive federal funding.
The source notes that the special case granted to Israel is unique, with no other country enjoying the same privileged status with the current US government.
At least 36 US states have laws prohibiting or denying benefits and jobs to citizens promoting boycotting Israel, due to pressure from groups forming the "Israel/Jewish Lobby".
Next, from "Does President Trump Talk Too Much?" by Karen Kwiatkowski:
The author suggests that President Trump's frequent tweeting and talking may enable "enemies" to shape public opinion and target him.
Gathering information on a country's leader, including intentions, predilections, secrets, and public statements, is described as an intelligence function used in competition.
Trump is characterized as creating "diversionary noise and confusion" in his role as a "Statesman Seeking Peace".
His views on the "king" dollar, specifically his claim that BRICS was established to "degenerate" or "break" the US dollar, are presented as erroneous by the source.
The market for money, like other markets, is described as moving towards security, trust, familiarity, and profitability, differing from Trump's strategies which are seen as not based in the "natural order".
The more Trump discusses his global intentions, the more he appears as a statist pursuing mandates driven by personality, bureaucracy, and party.
The source suggests Trump's solutions for the dollar do not include improving its security, trust, familiarity, and profitability.
The article claims Trump is uninterested in the true US impact on the world, instead focusing on a vision filled with things he knows, like hotels and golf courses, implemented through diplomatic threats, trade favors, and military power.
His foreign policy is described as "thin" for two reasons: he reportedly does not seek or demand in-depth information and rejects information that contradicts his assumptions. Secondly, he appears to lack a substantive philosophy to understand money, especially the debilitation of an economy from "unreasonable lie-based state-borrowing" and "state-directed and incentivized money-printing".
The source suggests Trump's personal experience with becoming a billionaire and surviving debt crises taught him that debt is a game.
The author cites Adam Smith to illustrate that a statesman attempting to direct private economic decisions assumes an authority that is dangerous.
The article concludes that Trump appears to be misreading or misunderstanding the environment, rules, and data consistently.
His actions are portrayed as a "camouflage" to gain applause, power, and a Nobel Peace Prize.
The source suggests Trump's vision is not to create enduring American economic health, but to continue US imperialism with elements of "fascismo".
Moving to "Ghislaine Could Give Trump a Chance To Break Israel’s Power Over America" by Paul Craig Roberts:
Media reports indicate Ghislaine Maxwell cleared Trump of participation in sexual activities with underage females.
The source describes Ghislaine Maxwell as the daughter of one Mossad asset and the lover of another.
The article proposes that Maxwell could acknowledge the Epstein operation as an Israeli blackmail operation designed to ensure US Middle East policy aligned with Israel's.
This revelation, according to the source, could free Trump from Israel's control and allow American foreign policy to be independent of Israel, clarifying that Israel has used American lives and money for its own benefit for decades.
The author states that if Maxwell revealed this, the Zionist American media and Christian Zionists would oppose her, and she would face the immediate danger of Mossad assassination.
The article cites an observation that Israel and the Zionist movement have "probably employed assassination as a tool of statecraft more heavily than any other political entity in recorded history".
Protecting Maxwell's life from Israeli assassins would be difficult, and her freedom would likely mean her death if she blew the whistle on Israel's spy/blackmail operation.
The source notes that Trump's usual "bluster and threats" would not suffice to guarantee her safety.
Now, an overview from "How the world can free itself from US financial colonialism" by Michael Hudson:
The world is experiencing massive geopolitical shifts, including the rise of BRICS, which now represents over 50% of the global population and more than 40% of world GDP at purchasing power parity.
Despite these changes, powerful international organizations like the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank are largely dominated by the United States, which holds veto power.
The US has been accused of abusing its veto power in the United Nations Security Council to prevent actions it opposes.
The return of Donald Trump as US president is noted, along with his threats of tariffs as a political weapon against countries like Brazil.
However, the weaponization of the US dollar and the US-dominated financial system predates Trump, with previous presidents also imposing unilateral sanctions that violate international law.
These sanctions have affected one-third of all countries on Earth and 60% of low-income countries, forcing them to seek new economic and financial alternatives.
The "Global Majority" refers to the 86-87% of the world population outside of the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
US-centered financial colonialism, as described by the source, prevents countries from exercising national sovereignty over their tax systems, recovering the value of their natural resources, and controlling public utilities.
Global South countries have suffered from policies akin to Thatcherism and Reaganomics, where foreign investors and client oligarchies support rent extraction, limiting governments' power over their economies.
Historically, after achieving political freedom, countries borrowed to build their economies but faced defaults, leading creditor nations to install financial control mechanisms like national monetary commissions and central banks.
Britain, for instance, prevented American colonies from creating their own money, making them dependent on British lenders, a conflict contributing to the Revolutionary War.
The 19th century saw industrial capitalist nations develop their own monetary systems, while other countries had to use foreign money or bullion, hindering their ability to finance their own infrastructure development. This created a dual international economy of industrial creditor nations and raw material producer debtor countries, with the latter losing national sovereignty.
Trump's tariffs are said to make it impossible for countries to export enough goods to obtain dollars to pay foreign debt.
The IMF has conditioned loans on the sale of public assets and resources in debtor countries.
The "investor-state dispute settlement" (ISDS) system prevents governments from raising taxes on monopolies or changing laws that could adversely affect American or satellite corporations.
The challenge for Global South countries is akin to Europe's historical escape from feudalism, but with foreign, rather than domestic, landlords and investors.
The World Bank has blocked loans to countries involving land reform since 1945.
US foreign policy and intelligence operations, including assassinations and coups, have prevented other countries from growing their own food crops, thus maintaining their dependence on the United States.
The source suggests that the current system is maintained through election interference, targeted assassinations, and rentier capitalism, falsely labeled as "free market" and "democracy".
The United Nations is viewed as having failed to enforce its founding documents, with its enforcement power crippled by US influence.
A new set of international organizations, excluding the US and its satellites, is proposed to represent the true global majority.
BRICS has established alternative institutions like the New Development Bank (NDB) and the Contingent Reserve Arrangement (CRA).
The article proposes that Global Majority countries consider collectively defaulting on their dollar-denominated debts, labeling much of it as "odious debt".
"Odious debt" is defined as debt imposed without benefit to the borrowing country, and the source suggests the entire Global South debt might fall under this definition.
A new international legal framework could distinguish between productive and unproductive credit and investment.
Client oligarchies in many Global South countries, often installed by US political interference, are seen as hindering genuine development.
Continuing with "More Than Half The Food US Kids Consume Are Ultraprocessed Foods" by Joachim Bartoll:
Approximately 62% of the energy consumed by children in the US comes from ultraprocessed foods.
The source contends that processed and even unprocessed plant-based foods are also unhealthy, potentially worse than some ultraprocessed foods, contributing to disease and shortened lifespans.
The author perceives the focus on ultraprocessed foods, as seen in initiatives like Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s "Make America Healthy Again" agenda, as a distraction from the broader unhealthiness of plant-based foods.
Unprocessed foods are defined as natural, whole edibles without industrial processing or additives, including fruits, vegetables, meats, organ meats, eggs, and milk.
The source asserts that humans are "obligate hyper carnivores," whose physiology and biochemistry are only suited for animal-based nutrition.
Any plant-based food is deemed extremely toxic, regardless of processing, and it is claimed that modern fruits and vegetables are not naturally occurring, but genetically modified.
Humans are stated to lack the physiological capacity to neutralize plant toxins or extract significant nutrients from plants.
Processed foods are defined as foods that have undergone changes like washing, cutting, or heating, possibly with added salt, sugar, or oil.
Ultra-processed foods are described as being primarily made from extracted substances such as fats, starches, added sugars, and hydrogenated fats, combined with numerous additives. They are designed to be highly palatable and convenient, often ready-to-eat or heat.
The source argues that unprocessed and processed plant-based foods retain defense chemicals, antinutrients, heavy metals, and pesticide residues.
While some of these harmful compounds may be removed during heavy processing, man-made chemicals are added to ultraprocessed foods, but the source believes plant toxins are generally worse, with a single plant potentially containing hundreds of different defense toxins.
Nutrients in plants are considered to be in an unusable inorganic chemical form for humans, requiring a toxic conversion process that yields little.
Therefore, the source concludes that ultraprocessed, processed, and unprocessed plant-based foods are all extremely toxic and contain minimal nutrition.
Data from August 2021 to August 2023 showed that about 53% of adults' calories and 62% of children's calories in the US came from ultraprocessed foods, a slight decrease from prior years.
The article states there are no health benefits associated with eating ultraprocessed foods, and that real bioavailable nutrition for humans is found in raw or lightly cooked animal-based foods.
Wealthier adults reportedly consume a smaller share of calories from ultraprocessed foods than those with lower incomes, though this variation is less pronounced among children.
For limited budgets, the source suggests prioritizing nutritionally dense animal-based foods like liver, kidneys, eggs, and ruminant meat.
It advises avoiding all vegetables, seeds, nuts, and seed/vegetable oils, and suggests that if fillers are needed, simple processed foods like pasta are preferable to vegetables due to fewer toxins.
From "Tariffmania" by Jim Quinn:
The author notes Trump's enthusiasm for tariff revenues, citing billions collected.
Trump's policies reportedly generated $120 billion in tariff revenues in six months, compared to $50 billion in the same period of the prior year, with projections suggesting close to $400 billion annually.
Despite increased tariff revenue, the national debt is projected to increase by $1.9 trillion this fiscal year, having already risen by $700 billion since Trump took office.
The national debt is expected to continue increasing by approximately $2 trillion annually, or $5.5 billion daily, due to automatic spending.
The source suggests that the $300 billion in added tariff revenue will be quickly spent by the government.
The article points out that tariffs have only been in place for four months, and their inflationary impact will lag implementation.
It posits two possibilities for corporations: either they absorb price increases, leading to declining profits and a potential stock market decrease, or they pass prices to customers, causing increased inflation and reduced household spending power.
The source suggests the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) might manipulate CPI numbers to conceal real inflation.
"Shrinkflation," where product sizes are reduced for the same price (e.g., paper plates reduced from 70 to 50 for the same price), is cited as a method corporations use to pass on costs while maintaining profits and hiding true price increases from official data.
Trump's threats have reportedly secured concessions from some major trading partners.
However, his rhetoric has not been effective on China, Brazil, India, or other BRIC countries, which are maneuvering to replace the US economic empire.
The use of tariffs and sanctions against Russia, China, and India to influence a peace plan for Ukraine/NATO is compared to FDR's oil embargo on Japan in 1941, raising concerns about unintended consequences.
Discussing "US Trade War on China Traps Pentagon in Rare Earths Elements Paradox":
The intensifying trade war between the United States and China involves escalating tariffs, with threats of up to 100% on some goods.
This aggressive approach aims to disrupt global supply lines and decouple the postindustrial American economy from China's industrial base.
Beijing has retaliated with export controls on critical minerals.
The conflict is characterized as a "new Cold War" focused on arresting global development based on Western geopolitical interests.
America's justification for tariff wars includes economic nationalism, (neo)colonialist tendencies, and geopolitical posturing.
The US prioritizes domestic manufacturing in critical sectors like semiconductors and rare-earth elements (REEs).
The article notes the US economy is in a postindustrial phase, which complicates reindustrialization efforts.
The American Military Industrial Complex (MIC) is described as the only major production sector remaining in the US, leading to the view that war is "good business".
A deal between the Department of Defense (DoD) and MP Materials seeks to restart REE production to reduce reliance on imports.
China dominates the market for REE mining (up to 60%) and processing/manufacturing (86%).
China initiated export restrictions only after the US launched its trade war and strategic encirclement efforts to disrupt China's economic activity.
US attempts to achieve long-term REE self-sufficiency are reportedly failing due to its lagging production economy, which would take years or decades to scale up to China's levels.
The US military is actively destabilizing the Asia-Pacific region.
A paradox is presented: there is no evidence China would abuse its REE dominance, but it is now compelled to respond to US aggression, which in turn affects the Pentagon's REE acquisition.
The source suggests that US vulnerability to REE supply issues stems from its aggressive foreign policy, and de-escalation would restore normal trade relations.
China can leverage its REE dominance through export controls or additional licensing requirements to counter US aggression.
This timing is problematic for the political West, especially given the ongoing global economic reconfiguration.
China's concentration in REE mining, refining, and manufacturing provides it with a strategic advantage, allowing it to dictate terms when the political West engages in aggressive posturing.
BRICS is noted for offering mutually beneficial economic cooperation based on fair conditions.
The article criticizes the political West's "parasitic, (neo)colonial stance" for demanding obedience and disrupting positive global integration trends.
Finally, from "☕ GREASY ☙ Friday, August 8, 2025 ☙ C&C NEWS 🦠":
An article by economist Emily Oster in The New York Times, originally titled "Seed Oils Are Fine, Really" and later "Stop Freaking Out About Seed Oils," addressed seed oils.
Oster reportedly claimed the science linking obesity and other health problems to omega-6 oils (like canola, safflower, and sunflower) is "flawed," attributing connections to correlation rather than causation, though she admitted "better data" might later validate counterarguments.
Seed oils are described as extracted through an intensive industrial process involving high-pressure mechanical rollers, solvent baths, heating, chemical refining, and deodorizing, leading critics to call them "factory foods".
Emerging science suggests high-omega-6 industrial oils can oxidize under heat and in the body, creating reactive aldehydes that cause inflammation, cell damage, and mitochondrial dysfunction, and skewing the body's omega-6 to omega-3 ratio towards a chronic inflammatory state.
Animal models and controlled feeding studies have linked high seed-oil diets to conditions like fatty liver, obesity, impaired satiety signaling, and cardiovascular dysfunction, particularly when combined with refined carbohydrates and sedentary lifestyles.
The source notes that chronic diseases often involve multiple factors, and inflammation from omega-6 oxidation can intensify damage from other contributing factors.
The article critiques the demand for extensive, long-term randomized trials before taking action on public health issues, drawing a parallel to historical delays in addressing tobacco harms.
During the pandemic, Emily Oster was noted for applying economic risk-tradeoff frameworks to COVID-19 narratives and supporting government conclusions based on imperfect "emerging data".
In separate news, The New York Times reportedly portrayed Donald Trump as overreacting to "dropping" crime rates in Washington D.C..
However, a local NBC affiliate report indicated that a D.C. police commander was placed on administrative leave over accusations that the department was deliberately falsifying crime data to make violent crime appear to have fallen.
The police union claimed supervisors directed officers to report felony offenses as lesser offenses to manipulate statistics.
In California, bill AB 495 is moving through the state assembly, proposing to expand caregiver rules for children.
This bill would allow any adult claiming a "mentoring" or extended-family relationship to take over parental powers for school pickup, enrollment, and medical consent by signing a self-executing affidavit, without court review, ID check, or parental notice.
Schools and providers would be protected from legal liability if they accepted the form in "good faith".
The source argues this could allow individuals to pick up children from school without being on authorized lists and take them for medical treatments, even enabling a person to avoid police questioning by showing the affidavit.
Supporters of AB 495 reportedly justify the bill by stating it is necessary due to aggressive immigration enforcement and the potential deportation of undocumented parents.
The bill faces opposition from conservatives and parents' rights groups.
Pastor Jack Hibbs is mentioned as a prominent opponent who has called the bill "sick" and "evil," and has encouraged families to leave California if it passes. He is also noted for pushing against concerns about tax-exempt status for political speech.
The bill is criticized for being a "wide-open, self-executing custody transfer scheme" that applies to every child without vetting or oversight, and could potentially benefit predators.
thank you for listening to another session of the lenny and Maria sanchez deep dive podcast show produced and archived at the website daily briefs dot info.
This briefing document reviews Jeremy James' "The Jesuits, the Catholic Trap, and the Four Garden Lies," which critiques the Roman Catholic Church, particularly the Jesuit Order, through the lens of four lies Satan told in the Garden of Eden.
I. Core Thesis: The "Catholic Trap" and the "Four Garden Lies"
James argues that the Roman Catholic Church, spearheaded by the Jesuit Order, employs a two-pronged "trap." The first ensnares "sincere Roman Catholics" for centuries, while the second targets "undiscerning or unwary Bible-believing Christians" (1). Both traps operate on the same principle: "distracting the victim from the exclusive and immutable truth of God’s Word, the Holy Bible" (1).
The author asserts that the entire adversarial strategy of the Enemy (Satan) is built upon four fundamental lies told in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:1-5), which underpin eleven other lies used to "undermine and corrupt Christian doctrine" (2).
II. The Four Garden Lies and Their Manifestations
A. Lie 1: "Yea, hath God said...?" (Rejection of God's Sovereign Word)
Core Idea: This lie questions God's Word, implying potential error and suggesting that the Bible is not the sole source of divine knowledge (3).
Catholic Manifestation:Magisterium: The Catholic Church, endorsed by the Jesuits, claims authority to interpret God's Word through the "Magisterium" (Pope, cardinals, bishops, primarily Jesuit-trained personnel). This limits biblical access and interpretation for the laity, fostering "ignorance" and "blind obedience" (3-4).
Church Fathers and Apocrypha: The Church uses writings of "Church Fathers" and apocryphal books as authoritative sources "on a par with Scripture" (3).
Suppression of Scripture: Historically, the Church prohibited lay persons from reading the Bible, only removing the prohibition in 1943 with Divino Afflante Spiritu. This "starved the masses and kept them in subjection" (7).
False Gospel: The Jesuits are accused of suppressing Scripture, emphasizing papal pronouncements, Marian worship, Liberation Theology, and secular humanism. They preach a "false gospel" by denying the "sufficiency of the atoning work of Christ on the cross," claiming fallen man "must atone to some degree for his sins and misdeeds by performing the sacramental ordinances" (7).
Babylonian Influence: This approach, along with Freemasonry and Kabbalah, gives "credence to the mystical doctrines of Babylon which teach that man plays a vital role in his own salvation and that a gnostic infusion of wisdom and light can be obtained through the careful practice of certain ‘spiritual exercises.’" (7).
Impact on Protestants:False Science: Rome uses "false science" (e.g., heliocentric theory promoted by Jesuit Robert Bellarmine, evolution promoted by Jesuit Teilhard de Chardin, Big Bang theory proposed by a Jesuit priest) to diminish biblical authority and persuade Christians to disbelieve literal interpretations of Scripture (4-5).
"Learning Against Learning": The Jesuits employ a strategy to reduce Scripture's role by setting up educational colleges that promote "secular humanism." The curriculum, decided by the Order, pushes biblical knowledge into the background, filling minds with "attractive material which would keep their attention firmly fixed on the material world" (5-6).
Disregard for Revelation 22: The author highlights Jesus' warnings in Revelation 22:18-19 against adding to or taking away from God's Word, arguing that the Church of Rome has "tampered" with it (6-7).
B. Lie 2: "...knowing good and evil" (Man's Ability to Determine Morality)
Core Idea: This phrase, misinterpreted by many, does not mean acquiring the ability to distinguish good from evil, but rather the false conviction that humanity can decide what constitutes good and evil for themselves after rebelling against God (8-9).
Catholic Manifestation (Secular Humanism):Jesuit Teaching: The Jesuits, through "learning against learning," teach secular humanism, which assumes man can decide right from wrong via rational faculty (9).
"Superior People" (Illuminati): Only "superior" people, trained by the Jesuits, can correctly determine good and evil and are "morally entitled to rule the world." These "illuminated ones" (Illuminati) believe they have activated the "full light of reason" within them. This places Jesuits in the same category as Kabbalistic Jews, Freemasons, and Rosicrucians (9).
Loyola and the Alumbrados: Ignatius Loyola, founder of the Jesuits, was a member of the Spanish Alumbrados, a branch of this "ancient brotherhood" influenced by Kabbalistic Gnosticism. Thus, "Jesuitry is effectively an instrument of Kabbalah, an institution designed specifically for the purpose of taking control of the Catholic Church and advancing the Kabbalist agenda from the inside" (9).
Arrogance and Tyranny: This belief in their "impeccable judgment" leads to arrogance and dismissal of criticism. The Council of Trent, controlled by Jesuits, condemned Martin Luther's propositions without valid consideration (10). This mindset facilitates tyrannical regimes, with the author linking Jesuit operations to Franco, Salazar, Mussolini, Peron, and Pinochet (11).
Modern Collaboration: The author claims "Secular Zionism is working hand-in-hand with the so-called Society of Jesus to bring about a new world order," explaining the lack of Christian voices in Washington D.C. and the composition of the US Supreme Court (11-12).
"Exitus acta probat" & "Ad maiorem Dei gloriam": The Jesuits justify their actions, including directing global affairs "from behind the scenes," by claiming "the end justifies the means" (Exitus acta probat) and that "everything they do is for the greater glory of God" (Ad maiorem Dei gloriam), their official motto (13).
Jesuit Co-adjutors: These are Catholics secretly commissioned by Jesuits to serve as their "eyes and ears" and support their programs, swearing allegiance to the Society and the Pope. They are rewarded with professional advancement and social/business opportunities (13).
C. Lie 3: "Ye shall not surely die" (Obliteration of Need for a Savior)
Core Idea: This lie removes the need for a Savior, making man immortal and immune to God's judgment. It underpins all paganism (14).
Catholic Manifestation:Purgatory: The doctrine of Purgatory teaches that souls suffer after death to atone for sins, a "vile teaching" used for centuries to extract money via "indulgences" (14). The Council of Trent, overseen by Jesuits, promulgated this doctrine. The Catholic Canon Law (Canon 992) on indulgences is cited as violating Scripture (14-15).
"Treasury of Merits": The Church rejects salvation through faith in Christ's blood, replacing it with a "treasury of the merits of Christ and the Saints." This reservoir of "sanctifying grace," dispensed by priests through sacraments, is said to cleanse sins (15). The "treasury" is filled by Christ's satisfactions, Mary's "pristine" works, and surplus merits of saints (15-16). This is deemed a "blasphemy" as it equates Christ's sacrifice with the works of Mary and saints (16).
Catholic Mass: The "holy sacrifice of the Mass" is presented as a re-enactment of Calvary, producing new "sanctifying grace" for the treasury, implying Christ's sacrifice was "not enough" (16).
Deathbed Terrors and Hospice Movement: The author claims that "heavy sedation" via the Hospice Movement aims to reduce "death-bed terrors" where dying Catholics realize their fate due to a false gospel (17).
D. Lie 4: "and ye shall be as gods..." (Ultimate Deception and Spiritual Disintegration)
Core Idea: This is the "ultimate deception," leading to "spiritual disintegration" by fostering the belief that humans are divine or have a "divine spark" (17-18).
Catholic Manifestation:Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius Loyola: The founder of the Jesuits developed meditative techniques designed to lead practitioners to "illumination, cosmic consciousness, self-realization, or god-realization," making them susceptible to "unclean supernatural influences" (18). These exercises can lead to "visions" from non-divine sources and, when combined with austerities, turn followers into "obedient automatons" (18-19).
Superior General as "in loco Dei": The Superior General ("Black Pope") commands an "ultra-obedient" army, with members believing him to act "in loco Dei" (as God on earth), his word being law due to perceived divine authority and "illumination" (19).
Loyola's Visions: Loyola himself was "programmed" by his exercises, becoming a "willing tool" of supernatural beings. His vision at La Storta, where he claimed to see God the Father with Jesus, and his recurring vision of a "beautiful serpent" that filled him with "indescribable joy" are cited as evidence of demonic deception. The author condemns Loyola for failing to "try the spirits" as per 1 John 4:1-3 (19-22).
Veneration of the Queen of Heaven (Mary) and Sacred Heart Devotion:Black Madonna of Montserrat: Loyola's vision of Mary holding baby Jesus occurred before a Black Madonna statue at a site of a former pagan temple to Venus (Queen of Heaven), indicating Enemy favor for previously dedicated locations (21). The author condemns this as idolatry, "bowing down before the trunk ('stock') of a tree" (21).
Marian Worship: The Jesuits' "devotion to Mary, the Queen of Heaven, is a continuation of the pagan worship of Venus, Isis or Astarte. The supernatural entity is the same." Mary, a human, has been deified by Rome (24).
Sacred Heart Devotion: The Jesuits heavily promote this devotion, formalized largely due to the visions of mystic Margaret Mary Alacoque, who wrote a testament in her own blood and was assigned Jesuit confessor Claude La Colombière. This devotion, relying on imagination, is deemed a form of idolatry unsupported by Scripture (23-24).
Apotheosis: All occult societies, including Freemasonry, Jesuitry, and Kabbalah, teach that "man can become a god," the "central tenet of the Babylonian system," driven by Satan's rebellion. The Jesuit aim to turn Mary into a goddess is seen as breaching the barrier between humanity and divinity, allowing "superior" men to "cross to the other side and become gods" (25).
III. Conclusion: Warning Against Ecumenism
James concludes with a strong warning to "Born-again Bible-believing Christians" against "compromise of any kind with the false religion of Rome." He identifies the Roman Catholic religion as "the great whore that sitteth upon many waters" (Revelation 17:1), representing its global reach. He condemns Christian preachers and pastors who partake in Catholic functions, encourage their flocks to do so, or treat Catholics as "cousins in Christ," stating they are "disobedient" and have "fallen for a different gospel." The Enemy, utilizing the "four Garden Lies," aims to form a "one-world religion" and clear a path for the Antichrist (25-26).
Here are 30 key take-away points from the provided source, formatted as requested:
I. The Jesuits, the Catholic Trap, and the Four Garden Lies by Jeremy James The title of the document has two intended meanings: the trap the Enemy has used to capture sincere Roman Catholics, and the trap senior Catholic prelates and militarist clergy have prepared for undiscerning Bible-believing Christians.
In both cases, the same adversarial strategy is in operation, involving distracting the victim from the exclusive and immutable truth of God’s Word, the Holy Bible.
II. The Nature of the Adversarial Trap The traps discussed, whether for Catholics or Bible-believing Christians, are underpinned by a powerful deception.
This deception necessitates looking carefully at the four lies told by Satan in the Garden of Eden.
III. Catholic Understanding of Biblical Truth Catholics generally have little understanding of the Bible and accept as ‘truth’ whatever the Pope, bishops, and clergy present to them.
The Biblical truth that born-again Christians accept as exclusive and immutable is being assailed to persuade impressionable Christians that the Reformation was a ‘big mistake’ and to unite under common beliefs with Catholics.
IV. The First Garden Lie: Questioning God's Word The first lie, "Yea, hath God said...?", represents a rejection of God’s sovereign Word and implies that God may have been in error.
The Enemy uses this to encourage mankind to think critically about God’s sayings, suggesting the Bible may not be the only source of divine knowledge.
V. The Catholic Church's Claim to Authority The Catholic Church, actively endorsed by the Jesuits, reserves for itself the right to use the writings of ‘Church Fathers’ and apocryphal books as authoritative sources on par with Scripture.
This authority, called “the Magisterium,” refers to the Pope working with cardinals and bishops, though in practice it is primarily the Pope alone, instructed by Jesuit members or those approved by the Order.
VI. Magisterium's Control Over Bible Interpretation Rome utilizes this lie to limit access to the Bible and to determine how any passage of Scripture may be interpreted.
This method keeps the Catholic laity in line, making wider discussion of doctrinal matters almost impossible and allowing the Catholic Church to thrive on ignorance.
VII. The Promotion of Blind Obedience in Catholicism The faithful in the Catholic Church are praised for their diligence in believing and accepting whatever they are told.
For centuries, a “good Catholic” was defined as one who did what he was told, prayed to Mary, and paid his dues, often being proud of this blind obedience.
VIII. Undermining Biblical Authority through False Science Rome employs the same lie to confuse and intimidate Bible-believing Christians by using false science to claim the Bible should not be interpreted literally.
For example, the claim that the earth is a huge sphere spinning on its axis and travelling around the sun, contradicts Scripture and causes Christians to lose confidence in key doctrines.
IX. Jesuit Influence in Promoting False Scientific Theories Robert Bellarmine, a 16th-century Jesuit, played a major role in persuading the public, through subterfuge, that the heliocentric theory could not be refuted.
Other forms of false science, such as ‘evolution’ and an earth history of millions of years, are also used to diminish the Bible’s authority, with Jesuit Teilhard de Chardin promoting fake evolutionary theory and a Jesuit priest proposing the ‘Big Bang’ theory.
X. The Jesuit Strategy of "Learning Against Learning" The Jesuits have long used a very clever strategy called “learning against learning” to reduce the role of Scripture in shaping the minds of men.
This strategy emerged after the Bible became generally available across Europe during the Reformation, when attempts to suppress its circulation failed.
XI. Secular Humanism in Jesuit Educational Curricula Jesuits set up educational colleges across Europe, deliberately raising learning standards, particularly for those entering professions, civil service, and banking.
The curriculum was designed to lead unwitting charges toward secular humanism, pushing Scripture into the background and making it seem depressingly dull.
XII. Learning as a Form of Entertainment for Mind Control This strategy was intended to fill the most active and enquiring minds with attractive material that kept their attention firmly fixed on the material world.
Similar to how “entertainment” is used to distract the masses from spiritual things, “learning” became a form of entertainment that filled influential minds with enticing ideas, leaving no room for God.
XIII. God's Strict Warning Against Altering His Word The final chapter of Revelation provides a resounding endorsement of God’s Word as the complete and perfect account of His message, urging mankind to read it, believe it, and not add to or take from it.
Jesus, in his closing words to humanity, issues a loud warning that if any man shall add to or take away from the words of this prophecy, God shall add to him plagues or take away his part from the book of life.
XIV. Rome's Historical Prohibition of Lay Bible Reading For over seven hundred years, the Church of Rome made it an offense for any lay person to read the Bible.
It was only in 1943 that the Pope issued an encyclical, Divino Afflante Spiritu, which finally removed this prohibition.
XV. Modern Jesuit Suppression of God's Word Jesuits today continue to suppress God’s Word, pushing Scripture far into the background and placing no emphasis on it.
Instead, they stress various credal pronouncements by the Pope, the worship of Mary and her apparitions, Marxist social philosophy like Liberation Theology, and secular humanism.
XVI. The False Gospel Preached by Rome and Jesuits The Jesuits and the Church of Rome preach a false gospel that denies the sufficiency of Christ's atoning work on the cross.
They claim that fallen man must atone to some degree for his sins and misdeeds by performing sacramental ordinances approved by the Magisterium.
XVII. The Pagan Roots of Jesuitry, Freemasonry, and Kabbalah Along with their Freemasonic and Kabbalist counterparts, Jesuits give credence to the mystical doctrines of Babylon, which teach that man plays a vital role in his own salvation.
Freemasonry, Kabbalah, and Jesuitry all draw from the same source, the pagan trough of Babylon.
XVIII. The Second Garden Lie: The False "Knowing Good and Evil" Many Bible commentators mistakenly interpret the phrase “knowing good and evil” as men acquiring the ability to distinguish between good and evil as a result of the Fall.
However, the text means acquiring the false conviction that one would now be able to distinguish between good and evil and decide for oneself what qualified as “good” and “evil”.
XIX. Secular Humanism and Jesuit-Trained "Superior" People The Jesuits teach secular humanism, which assumes man is endowed with the ability to decide between right and wrong through rational faculty.
They assert that only “superior” people, those trained by Jesuits, can do this correctly, and are morally entitled to rule the world.
XX. Jesuits as the "Illuminati" These “superior” people believe they are illuminated, with the full light of reason activated within them, placing Jesuits in the same category as Kabbalistic Jews, Freemasons, and Rosicrucians, referred to as the Illuminati.
Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits, was a member of the Spanish branch of this ancient brotherhood, known as the Alumbrados.
XXI. Jesuitry as an Instrument of Kabbalah Jesuitry is effectively an instrument of Kabbalah, specifically designed to take control of the Catholic Church and advance the Kabbalist agenda from the inside.
The Iberian peninsula, greatly influenced by the gnosticism of Kabbalah due to its large Jewish population, shaped the worldview absorbed by many leading Spanish intellectuals, including Loyola.
XXII. The Arrogance and Impeccability of Jesuit Judgment One of the most notable characteristics of these “superior” people, including Jesuits, is their arrogance.
They are convinced that they are invariably in the right, that their judgment is impeccable, and any criticism of their views is regarded as insolent behavior.
XXIII. The Council of Trent and its Condemnation of Luther The Roman Catholic ‘Magisterium’, controlled throughout by the Jesuits, convened a lengthy council at Trent to evaluate Martin Luther’s doctrinal objections.
This council deliberated for eighteen years and concluded that nothing Luther claimed had any validity, condemning each of his 125 doctrinal propositions as anathema.
XXIV. The Inquisitorial Practices and Punishment for Heresy When the Catholic Church declares a person ‘anathema,’ it means it has the right to punish them appropriately.
Under the Inquisitions, catalyzed by Trent, anyone suspected of sympathizing with condemned beliefs could be arrested, imprisoned without trial, tortured, subjected to cruelties, and executed, with their property confiscated.
XXV. Lack of Due Process in Inquisitorial Proceedings Individuals arrested on suspicion of ‘heresy’ were not given details of the charges or names of accusers, nor were they allowed to call witnesses in their defense.
The accused was assumed guilty from the outset, and proceedings aimed to force a confession and obtain names of others with similar beliefs.
XXVI. Jesuit Influence in Tyrannical Regimes Once established as the ‘militant’ wing of the Roman Catholic Church, the Jesuits set about terrorizing or eliminating those likely to oppose them.
They are identified with tyrannical regimes such as Franco in Spain, Salazar in Portugal, Mussolini in Italy, Peron in Argentina, and Pinochet in Chile.
XXVII. The Continuing Effect of Trent and Ecumenism The extreme condemnations of Trent (1563) are still in place, never withdrawn or modified, despite the Catholic Church’s modern persona of peace and reconciliation.
While Trent aimed to define and condemn what separated Catholics and Protestants, the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965) was designed to highlight their commonalities, marking Rome’s ecumenical strategy.
XXVIII. Jesuit Infiltration and the Role of Co-adjutors The Jesuits infiltrate other churches, often in lay clothing, to draw them closer to Rome and undermine their commitment to God’s Word.
They employ a large army of ‘co-adjutors’, Catholics secretly commissioned to act as eyes and ears, provide services for ‘the Company’, and clandestinely shape public policy.
XXIX. The Third Garden Lie: "Ye Shall Not Surely Die" This Garden Lie, “Ye shall not surely die,” is extremely attractive to fallen man, as it obliterates the need for a Savior, turns man into an immortal being, and makes him immune to God’s judgment.
All works of paganism, including the false laws of ‘karma and reincarnation’ in Hinduism and Buddhism, and similar principles in Kabbalah and Freemasonry, turn on this lie.
XXX. The Fourth Garden Lie: "And Ye Shall Be As Gods" The final ‘Garden Lie,’ “and ye shall be as gods,” is considered the ultimate deception, luring the subject into spiritual disintegration by fostering the belief that one is somehow divine.
This lie is often stated indirectly, suggesting humans possess a “divine spark” or are “little gods” on a journey of self-discovery leading to an explosion of consciousness known as illumination or god-realization.
