The real, unequivocal end is here.
Joe Biden is walking through the mountains on one of his hikes. The Motor Cortex is a region of the Cerebrum that is controlling his walking via learned muscle memory he would have gathered as a child, as well as with the help of Acetylcholine, a chemical that assists in muscle memory and action in the body.
Joe Biden sees something in the bushes. The image is transmitted by light particles into his eyes. The image goes from his eyes, through the optic nerve, and into the visual cortex within the Occipital Lobe. In the visual cortex, the movement in the bush is processed.
Joe Biden hears the bush rustling with something inside of it. The noise from the bushes goes into his ears, and this noise is detected by the Primary Auditory Area, which transmits this auditory information into the Sensory Cortex, where it is processed. The Auditory Association Area associates this sound with light footsteps and rustling leaves.
Joe Biden is thinking of the things that could possibly be in this bush. The entire brain assists in this process of thought, but primarily the Prefrontal Cortex. These thoughts are generated and considered inside of the Prefrontal cortex, and put systems like his Amygdala on standby.
Joe Biden begins shaking due to his slight fear of the unknown. The shaking is caused by his Mendulla Oblongta, which is involved in his involuntary actions. He is not shaking on purpose, but actually due to the Mendulla Oblongta processing what he is seeing, hearing, and thinking, and causing him to begin shaking as he is. The fear he feels to cause this shaking is generated in the Amygdala.
As the noise gets louder and more aggressive, Joe Biden begins sweating in fear. This is caused by his body heating up from his Amygdala notifying his nervous system of impending danger, stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline are released, and the heat sets off his Hypothalamus involuntarily, which sends a signal to the sweat glands to release sweat to cool the body down.
Joe Biden screams in terror when the Cougar jumps out from the bush. This is another event caused by his Amygdala. The Amygdala releases a lot of fear hormones like cortisol and adrenaline into his brain. This then causes him to scream, which triggers his own Auditory Cortex, triggering his fight or flight response, as his Auditory Association Area associates this with a loud, harsh noise.
The Amygdala activates Joe Biden's Fight Or Flight response, which causes a variety of things, one of which is for him to freeze in fear involuntarily. Although, the fear hormones racing through his body right now are counter-acting that, giving a real conflict of interest on what to do within his body.
Joe Biden remembers the things he was taught to fend off a big cat in the wild from his Nature Class. Storing memories involves the entire brain. Memories are stored as electrical signals and connect together in patterns known as Neurons. This memory is then activated by an electrical signal causing him to recall what he had learned in his Nature Class, which is that it's a bad idea to freeze while face-to-face with a predator, and so he attempts to intimidate it instead.
Joe Biden is watching the cat intently, keeping his eyes on every movement it makes. These movements are processed in his Occipital Lobe and transmitted to places like his Amygdala in case a change of plans needs to occur, such as running away or fighting. This signal is also processed by other areas of the brain such as his Prefrontal cortex for more thoughts as to what to do in this situation.
Joe Biden can smell the cat as well as the rest of the nature around. Smells are processed by the Sensory Cortex but more specifically the Olfactory Bulb. This scent is processed and sent to the Amygdala as well, in case there may be another animal nearby that could attack him that he'd be able to smell.
Joe Biden is breathing very heavily out of fear. Breathing is handled by his Mendulla Oblonga, which handles all of his involuntary processes. His breathing being far heavier is due to the Amygdala as one of its fight or flight techniques, as well as the fact that his heart is beating far faster than normal. This heavy breathing can also be referred to as Hyperventilating, which is caused by a high amount of cortisol in the brain, pumped out by the amygdala as another factor in its fight or flight response.
Joe Biden is considering his options on what to do if his current plan fails. The Cerebrum is the part of the brain that manages complex thinking. His cerebrum uses the electrical signals in his brain to communicate with his Amygdala in case a plan B is needed for him to escape this alive. All of this happens in a very short time period.
Joe Biden's Hypothalamus is working overtime right now, as his heart's rapid beating and his heavy breathing is causing it to heat his body up much more than normal. Not only this, but it's cold on this mountain, and him lifting up his jacket to make himself look larger made him colder, causing it to pump out even more heat throughout the body. This leads to sweating and also goes hand in hand to produce heavy breathing to attempt to cool down.
Joe Biden's heart is beating incredibly rapidly out of fear. His heartbeat is controlled by his Mendulla Oblonga. His faster heartbeat is caused by his Amygdala and the other current events in his body, such as heavy breathing, which means his heart needs to beat faster to compensate for it. Not only this, but it is also part of his fight or flight system, sending adrenaline through the body.
Joe Biden can taste the Smoggy probably toxic Ogden air every time he breathes. His Insular Cortex is his primary sensory area for registering taste. The signal is sent from his taste buds into his brain, where it is processed. Using this, he now knows that he is tasting air smog, and he does not like it.
Joe Biden can feel the adrenaline pumping through him. Adrenaline is released from the Adrenal Glands and makes him enter power level 9000 or more specifically amps him up and allows him to pull off feats of strength he wouldn't usually be able to. These also help control his Fight or Flight instinct, which makes him stand his ground instead of running.
Joe Biden feels thankfulness because the cougar runs away and jumps back into the bushes never to be seen again. The Frontal Lobe of the brain is considered to be where our emotional center is and is where emotions are generated based on outside or inner environments. Things like the Amygdala in particular also generate emotions, and the Thankfulness emotion is relayed throughout his brain by electrical signals.
Dopamine is released into his body as he feels successful and satisfied that he was able to scare away the cougar. Dopamine is released as a reward that makes the body it is released into the body by the Hypothalamus, which causes him to feel rewarded and thrilled by the experience. It is sent through the brain and makes him feel several emotions. The main emotions of these are excitement, happiness, and making his body shakey. Although he personally doesn't want to encounter another cougar, dopamine also usually makes people want to experience something that releases it again due to the sensation it makes you feel, depending on if the route there doesn't outweigh the reward.
Joe Biden grabs things he dropped and leaves the mountains, as he does not want to encounter another cougar. His primary motor cortex is responsible for this movement. It transfers the movement through electrical signals down to his arms, which allows him to move them to grab his dropped things.
