Project Description

Our team has planned a rough grading project for a high school campus. A satellite view of the project campus can be seen below. The area of the site is 16,770.13 m². The school is to remain functional during the project. Our Special Projects division at SAB Construction has employed the Unity software to ensure all stakeholders can access and understand the extent of our plan for this project from a visual perspective. For this project, we initially proposed two different scenarios, either of which could be used as the final plan, depending on what factors were deemed to be more or less valuable throughout the course of the project. After comparing both plans, as you can see on the "Plan Overview" page, we decided to recommend our original plan instead of the alternative. This decision was made in the interest of being more safe and economical. The Overall cost of the original plan is $874,121.58, compared to $907,198.25 which would have been the cost to use our alternative plan. We portray information regarding both on this particular website, so that all stakeholders can recognize the diligence that was taken to come to this decision.
