Who are we?

Shiba Construction was created in 1996 in Japan and specializes in construction projects all over the world. Our main goal is to ensure safety and protect the environment for our future Shibas!

Proposed Site Layout

• Our site layout features fencing around the entire earth grading construction area to minimize interaction between construction and students/staff
• The site office, on-site parking, basin and sanitary area, and entrance to the construction site are located on the West side because of the abundant space
• The grading will occur at the star and this is the only time trucks/excavators/dozers will access the school area
• The pathway between the two portions of the school is on the East side and it will be protected with barricades and signage to ensure safety of students/staff

Work Packages

Our proposed work plan has two work packages:

1. Work Package 1: Cut and Fill
   • This area shown in orange in Figure 3 will have small distances of about 20 metres between each nodes
   • Dozers will be used in this work package as well as an excavator
2. Work Package 2: Cut to Waste
   • This area shown in blue in Figure 3 will have larger distances of 30 km to the waste site
   • Trucks will be used in this work package as well as an excavator
