Project Overview


4G1D have been awarded a contract to plan a rough grading project for a high school campus in Guangzhou, China.

  • Area to be graded is 16770.13 m2
  • School will remain operational during construction
  • Produce high quality work in a timely, cost-effective manner

  • 3 Access Points

Our construction site has two main section:

  • Cut to Fill
  • Cut to Waste

A team of an Excavator and a Dozer(s) will begin at Access point 1 and will be responsible for cutting and filling the area specified in Figure 3.

A team of an Excavator and trucks will begin at Access point 2 and will be responsible for cutting and transporting the material to the waste site specified in Figure 3.

NOTE: Distance to each node is 20m. Equipment can only move on an orthogonal path between two nodes. In addition, equipment can only pass through nodes that have earth work completed.

Cost Estimate

The estimate cost of the High School Project is $520,000. The cost in broken down into three categories, Set up & Take down, Indirect Cost, and Grading Work.
