Your team is assigned to plan a rough grading project for a high school campus. The satellite view of the completed project is shown right side. The area of the site is 16770.13 m². You need to keep the school function during the project. To ensure the best value of project outcome, as a project manager, you need to facilitate communication among various stakeholders in this campus project to eliminate negative responses from the public. Usually, the stakeholders without an engineering background have difficulty in understanding the project impact on them and cannot trust the project engineer as well as refuse to support the project construction. Thus, in this project, your company needs to use a novel communication approach to win support from the stakeholders.
