Your team is assigned to plan a rough grading project for a high school campus. The satellite view of the completed project is shown right side. The area of the site is 16770.13 m2. You need to keep the school function during the project. To ensure the best value of project outcome, as a project manager, you need to facilitate communication among various stakeholders in this campus project to eliminate negative responses from the public. Usually, the stakeholders without an engineering background have difficulty in understanding the project impact on them and cannot trust the project engineer as well as refuse to support the project construction. Thus, in this project, your company needs to use a novel communication approach to win support from the stakeholders. Your team will prepare (1) an interactive storyboard to highlight the project in a visual way (2) a website to present the analytical results from your project. More detailed information about this project can be found on eClass.
The project will grade by two phases:
1) The first phase is peer review and the second phase is the expert verdict. Students need to come to the lab for the peer review. One student will be randomly assigned to review multiple groups. They will need to follow the rubrics to provide the feedbacks.
2) In the second phase, the instructors will work with TAs and give the verdicts as the final grade of the project. The team members basically share the same score. However, the instructor will adjust the score based on the optional survey of workload distribution.
