Using the crew productivity established in crew utilization the duration of each job can be determined and scheduled. The Project will start on September 2, 2019 and End on September 27, 2019. During this time, there is a holiday on September 13, 2019 for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Working hours is established to be 8 hour per day, starting at 7:00 am and ending at 5:00 pm, with a two hour lunch break between 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Site preparation was scheduled to take 2 days and clean up taking only 1 day. Due to the small size of the jobs, every job is completed on the same day it starts, except for site preparation. This also makes kit possible to not rent all necessary equipment for the entirety of the project, since jobs are limited to one day, crews can be reorganized for the next working day, as outlined in crew utilization.
