TZZL Company is a Canadian based construction company founded in 1990 by a group of four enthusiastic construction engineers. TZZL Co. provides earth work solutions from design to construction. We value efficiency, safety and environmental-friendly construction as our main principle. We specialize providing cost-effective and quality services which go above client expectation and satisfaction. As a team, we focus on working with all levels of stakeholders to the fullest extent.

The main goal is to plan a rough grading project in a high school campus, which is located in an urban area of Guangzhou, China. The area of the site is 16770.13 square meters. The average temperature will be 24ºC to 31ºC during the construction. The construction site is surrounded by two roads and many existing offices and laboratory buildings. Students and teachers will remain in campus during the construction phase. For this project, we had designed two plans for the earth-moving sequences and chose a more efficient and environmental-friendly option to develop further construction activities, such as earthwork schedule, cost estimation, crew and machine utilization and risk assessment. By using Unity 3D, an interactive storyboard is also built to highlight the tasks in each weekly plan.
