Here is a timeline that illustrates the sequence of construction. It should be mentioned that work begins September 1, 2019. Work will occur between 7 am and 3 pm, Monday to Friday with the exception of statutory holidays. There will be no work on September 13, 2019 due to the Mid Autumn Festival, as well as from October 1st to the 7th, 2019 because of National Holiday. As a consequence, work will occur on September 29 and October 12, 2019 to account for the National Holiday.
