Reflections on CACH II

REFLECTIVE JOURNAL ENTRY

One key aspect of your working with a community and being an advocate is demonstrating your ability to critically appraise what you have learned, what you are doing and where you need to go. The following exercise will ask you several trigger questions about what you have done share with us what has most moved you, and what you have learned through your experiences.

At the completion of each site visit or at the end of the rotation, please complete the following journal reflections. This is your opportunity to collect and organize your thoughts about each community site visit or clinical experience, and reflect on the significance of each visit for you as a pediatrician. Please respond to the trigger questions with 1-2 paragraphs of reflection.

All of the journal entries are confidential and will only be shared with the rotation director. Please return this journal form to Ben Hoffman at the completion of the rotation. Submission of this form is necessary for your final evaluation. Thank you!
