Experience: Residents will listen to incoming calls from patients and/or healthcare providers. They will be able to research the Poison Center database, listen to follow-up calls to patients, and review a brief PowerPoint presentation about the Poison Center. Residents may have the opportunity to participate in “Toxicology Rounds”.
