Biography

Upon returning to Earth, Wagner, his girlfriend Juli, and his sister Lisa took a trip to his hometown, Brockport, to make peace with his past. The trip was brief, however, as he soon had to return to Los Angeles to help with rebuilding and recovery. Wagner was promoted to 2^nd Lieutenant mainly due to the massive losses of soldiers during the Universal War. As well as recovery, Wagner also found himself in the SIN case alongside Guile, though his involvement wasn't as heavy as Guile's was. After that was over, Wagner was sure that things would be peaceful... until he was shipped to the front lines when the Mishima Zaibatsu declared war.

Three months later, the Shikoken Tournament was announced, and Wagner was asked to participate. Meanwhile, a man from Juli's past showed up, claiming to be her lover... which, with time, will turn out to be the least of Wagner's problems.
