Biography

The Coastal Forces in Lee Dynasty began working on recovery and maintaining peace after the end of the Universal War. Hwang foresaw most of the work, especially in and around the city of Chili-san. Even with the war over, Hwang had a strange feeling that threat that's lingered since the Blood Tournament was not quite over yet. He had even brought his concerns to his friend, Seong Mi-na, who assured him that, if anything, the worst was over.

A year after the end of the war, Hwang was visited by Fujin, who informed him of the war on Earth, the upcoming tournament, and how if this threat was not stopped soon, it would eventually spill into the other realms, including Keisei. His suspicions confirmed, Hwang decides to head to Earth to assist.
