Biography

Trapped in Outworld after the Universal War, Tira and the surviving Black Dragon clan wandered the realm, at least until Quan Chi took over the throne. It was natural for the clan to join the resistance since the new forces went against what the clan stood for. Tira personally didn't care either way... as long as she had the freedom to satisfy her lust for killing, that's all that mattered.

A year later, the resistance traveled to a realm called Earth to fight Quan Chi and his associates there. As the Shikoken Tournament gets underway, Tira recently began to notice how the red shard she picked up at the fortress ruins in Outworld was beginning to slowly glow more and more with passing time...
