Biography

When Shadaloo went defunct, Balrog immediately went into hiding in Brazil to avoid prison. For a while, he was living off the money he managed to steal from one of the Shadaloo bank accounts. He had no interest in attending the Blood Tournament because, as far as he knew, there was no cash prize involved, and he managed to evade the Universal War. However, the money recently ran out.

Recently, G-Corp announced that they would pay a bounty for Jin's head. When Jin announces the Shikoken Tournament two days later, Balrog decides to take the opportunity to attend. It would be a good start in finding a way to take Jin out and claim the bounty.
