Biography

More than a decade ago, Eddy's father was murdered at the hands of Kazuya Mishima. With his dying breath, his father wished for him to falsly admit to his murder and hide in prison, the only place his son would be safe. During that time, Eddy was taught Caepoira by an old man, who guided him for eight years. After being released and spending two years keeping a promise to teach the old man's granddaughter, Christie Monteiro, caepoira, he began to seek revenge.

During the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5, his master was released from prison, only to learn that he had an incurable illness. Believing that the Mishima Zaibatsu had the tech and resources to help, he spoke with Jin Kazama after the latter's win in the tournament. Jin offered to help if Eddy joined the Tekken Force. With some reluctance, Eddy accepted the offer.
