Biography

For months after the Universal War, most of Raven's assignments consisted of keeping peace and stability on Earth as they work on recovery. Much of his work included keeping criminals, mobsters, and con men from preying on the innocent. The peace and stability he tried to maintain would eventually be thwarted when the Mishima Zaibatsu declared war on the world.

It came to no surprise to Raven when his superiors sent to investigate the Mishima Zaibatsu. Three months later, when the Shikoken Tournament was announced, Raven decided to enter as a way to get closer to their operations.
