Biography

Growing up, Makoto learned the ways of Rindo-kan from her father, one of the few remaining practitioners left with knowledge of the fighting style. After her father's death, and with her brother's desire to go into a business career, it was up to Makoto to continue the Rindo-kan tradition. Though Makoto worked to bring business to her dojo, she wasn't able to generate enough interest. She even began attending Osaka University to learn certain trades in hopes of improving her business. However, the current war put her efforts on hold.

One day, her friends from university informed her of the upcoming Shikoken Tournament. Upon hearing that the prize involved a bounty worth a large sum, Makoto makes the decision to attend in hopes of not only winning the bounty, but to also generate more interest in the Rindo-kan fighting style.
