Biography

The realm of Seido barely saw the devastation of the Universal War by the time it ended. Still, Seido's strict government spent months swiftly punishing those they captured during the short invasion. General Hotaru, one of the leaders of the Seidan Guardsmen, oversaw many of the punishments.

A year after the war ended, word spread of the war on Earth. Hotaru's government asked him to investigate. Hotaru would discover that the instigator of the war, the Mishima Zaibatsu, were responsible for the current chaos. He also discovered G-Corp, who seemed to be the only ones trying to restore order. Upon reporting his findings, Hotaru's superior gives him one order; join with G-Corp on Earth and help restore order on Earth so that the chaos does not spill over to Seido.
