Biography

The Outworld Forces were in chaos after the demise of Shao Kahn. It was eventually Quan Chi who quelled things... at least until he took over the throne. Not having any of that, Baraka, along with his Tarkatan Horde, the shokans, and other allies, broke away and created a resistance force mainly for their own interests.

Months later, word on Quan Chi's involvement with the war on Earth spread quickly. It was Havik who suggested that they have an 'understanding' with the Mishima Zaibatsu, the ones who started Earth's current war. Baraka decides to bring the resistance to Earth. From there, they would take down Quan Chi and his forces once and for all.
