Biography

All the careful planning Quan Chi crafted since before the Blood Tournament was finally coming to fruition. In Outworld, it was easy for him to assume the throne. Shao Kahn was dead as well as Shang Tsung, and the minions were in disarray. Some chose to work alongside him while others formed a rebellion. With Outworld fully in his grasps, he moved on to his next target – Earth.

War rages on Earth. Going against the war's initiator, Jin Kazama, Quan Chi's forces, including the Red Dragon, formed an alliance with G-Corp, led by Kazuya Mishima. This would be their way to get rid of both Jin and the Mishima Zaibatsu. When they end the war, Quan Chi plans to move forward with his own plans, using the weapon he found after the Universal War – the legendary demon, Azazel.
