These game statistics are for a generic "Irish Warrior" which might be found in Hibernian turbs or mundane Irish communities. Irish warriors are poor by the standards of English knights. Their axe is their only possession of Standard cost; otherwise they bear throwing spears, carry round wooden shields, and wear heavy clothing partially reinforced with leather. All of this means that, while brave and cunning, an Irish warrior is no match for a Continental soldier who may have similar training but superior equipment.
