Innocentius, with the help of his grave-digger Peter, has retrieved corporeal remains of five Irish kings buried on Uisneach. As yet, he has not had the time to actually fix these Arcane Connections, but they should last long enough to give him a chance to do that. Each of the five skulls, in various conditions, are kept in Innocentius's sanctum on a candelabra-like device. Innocentius uses Mentem magic to bind them to his will, read their thoughts, and give them commands from afar. Most are slaves to his powers, but one is dangerous and the last is fully intelligent, resentful of Innocentius's domination and eager to free not just itself but all its kin.
The five spirits are:
Tuathal Techtmar: The founder of the dynasty that ruled here, Tuathal was killed by Mal son of Rochride and buried in the Palace. Mal took over the high kingship, but was killed in turn by Tuathal's vengeful son, Fedlimid. He is a Might 20 spectre (Spring).
Fedlimid the Lawgiver: Fedlimid was Tuathal's son and the third High King. He died in his bed and was buried at Grave I, southeast of the Palace. He was succeeded by Cathair the Great, to whom he was not related, but his son Conn would eventually take the throne and restore the dynasty. He is a Might 15 spectre (Spring).
Conn of the Hundred Battles: Conn, Fedlimid's son, killed Cathair the Great in battle and reclaimed the throne for his lineage. He ruled the longest of all the kings here but was finally defeated in battle by the King of Ulster, Tipraiti. He was buried in the largest mound, Grave III, on the peak of the hill overlooking the Palace. He was succeeded by his son-in-law, Connor. Conn is the most powerful of the five High Kings buried on the hill, and has the most memory of his former life. He is actively conspiring to free his dynasty from Innocentius's magic. Might 25 apparition (Autumn).
Connor the Beautiful: Connor was Conn's son-in-law, having married Conn's daughter Saraid. He was buried at Grave II, south of the causeway. Might 15 spectre (Spring).
Art the Lonely: Art, only son of Conn of the Hundred Battles, was buried at Grave IV, near St Patrick's Bed. After Art's death, the high kings moved to Tara. Art's spirit is wracked by an intense need for justice, which dominates his existence. Might 20 shade (Summer).

Strike: The Spectre Kings can strike corporeal targets with their long spears, which are actually extensions of their own spirit bodies. This does not apply to other weapons they might try to use, like swords or javelins.

Long Spear: Init +4, Atk +11, Def +8, Dmg +8
Soak: +7 (Sta 1 + Tough 3 + armor 3); Immune to physical weapons.
Equipment: Partial leather scale armor, long spear, dagger, short sword
Appearance: All the Spectre Kings are Irishmen in leather scale armor, bearing long spears and wearing many pieces of gold jewelry, including neck torques and arm rings. Tuathal looks to be in his 50s. Connor is especially handsome, but his looks are distorted by reckless anger. Fedlimid is older than the other spectres, and unlike them has no battle wound that marks his death.
Mechanical Note: The three spectre kings (Fedlimid, Connor, and Tuathal) are not constructed according to the rules in Realms of Power: Magic. They do not have Qualities, and their Abilities are not governed by a Season. Instead, they are constructed like the ghostly soldiers of House Tremere in Houses of Hermes: True Lineages. This means they are immune to physical weapons but can strike corporeal enemies with their primary weapon. This is not repelled by Magic Resistance, because the "spears" wielded by the ghosts are actually just extensions of the ghost's body. While this makes them extremely dangerous in combat, they have no other powers and cannot otherwise become corporeal.

Art, Conn's second son but the only one to inherit after the eldest departed the world with a faerie princess, was wrongfully exiled by Conn and the woman who should have been Art's wife, but who married Conn instead. This lack of justice torments Art's spirit, which has become an obsessive and dangerous shade. So far Innocentius has been able to control him, but he underestimates Art's true nature.
