In 12XX, Samson wrote to Aurulentus of Jerbiton.
The seventh son of a seventh son, Aurulentus is a deeply devoted family man, having devoted his life to developing numerous spells concerned with health, fertility and the care of children. To date, his greatest contribution to Hermetic magic is his breakthroughs on Longevity Rituals. Samson commissioned the Jerbiton magus to write Pater Optime Novit ("Father Knows Best"), which includes 120 levels of spells and enchanted items.

This invested item is a collection of wooden army figures: horses, soldiers, generals, and siege weapons. Each has detailed markings and is fully colored. the figures can be moved at command and are capable of emitting the appropriate noises: horses neigh, soldiers yell. This set of toys was created by Aurulentus for his sons; a similair set was made for his daughters, depicting different families of animals with corresponding sounds.
