Today was the first Hayama Hash in Futagotamagawa. When I arrived at Futagotamagawa station at around 2:30PM and left the east exit, went straight through Futagotamagawa Rise shopping complex, members that come always early such as Santa-Maria and Desperado were already gathering. Since the meeting place was in front of Adidas, I was worried about gathering in front of the store, but there was enough space and there was also a roof so it was a good place to start the hash. When making a trail, it is the most difficult to find a place with a roof thinking about when it is raining.

When I was worried about the appearance of hares, Damien and XieXiePooPoo came a little late and began collecting hash caches. Damien was the first hare this time, but received support from XieXiePooPoo and did it without problems. Although TimesUp did not participate in the run, she came with two children for the first time in a while. Sometimes when we do hash in Tokyo, it is a good point that people who are difficult to come usually come. Travis seemed to have serious problem with his condition, but I was glad that he participated for the first time in a while and he looked fine. There were some people for the first time.

When the start time approached, Sweetie gathered everyone with a voice and Damien explained the course. I always take a picture while hare is explaining, so I can not listen much explanation, but when I confirmed individually to XieXiePooPoo, I was relieved that it was about 8 Km for Eagle trail.

Everyone started as time went on. Today I had the motivation, I ran the top but I was gradually pulled out while taking pictures. Cliffhanger seemed a little pain since it was after knee surgery. Turning to the right and going up the stairs, Gobu Sata shouted "Please say check back!" the person who is running ahead, everyone was laughing. It was a place like a check back, but unfortunately it was a true trail so I had to go up the stairs. The second participation GayWalker ran with sandals, but it seems to be part of training. It was hot and humid, I slowed down considerably, and I talked with Fullerair for a while and walked. Upon buying juice on vending machines on the way, UchiCoochieCoochie and Take My Cherry caught up. As I went for a while there was an ancient tomb, and everyone saw the picture in the place where I went up, Sweetie came. Sweetie encountered during the trail are unusual, so I thought about taking a group photo, Sweetie was not running but his walking speed was very fast, he went ahead. It seemed a little painful as he pulled his left foot a bit. I looked closely at his feet, he put on ordinary shoes instead of athletic shoes. So was his leg hurting? Cat eyes came from behind, and then passed through Todoroki valley, but it was quite different from the image when I had came. Itwas not paved so beautifully in my memory, but I might have bad memory. When I caught up with Sweetie, UchiCoochieCoochie took a group photo. People who take pictures are very helpful. At past meeting of mismanagement, I suggested that we have a shift system for taking pictures, but mismanagement suggested someone who took picures should upload pictures individualy and we didn't need to decide who was in charge of taking pictures, then it left unsettled.I think at least one person should be assigned each time because there is posibility that no one take picures. I thought right now, shall I try to ask one of the participants in advance every time?

The run in the city continued for a while, where is the shrine or temple that was in the introduction to the event?, I came back to Futagotamagawa station, I proceeded to the riverbed of Tamagawa, this was the goal. There were enough sweets and drinks in the goal. XieXiePooPoo made Pims and it was very tasty, I knew Pims for the first time, Back Doaho inserted peanuts. Since I had seen pictures on facebook Susan with Wiggy, Frenchie, ChottoMatteNe, CumLouder in US, I talk to her and I could know they were doing well.I am looking forward to seeing them again someday.

Actually, as we all went to the turkey course, it seems that we could not see temples and shrines. Banana Hammock thought to have run at the head was accused of being "Your fault!", But when I heard it later, Damien seems not to have marked the E and T marks.

After a long chatting, the circle began with the Sweetie's shout. He decided to order the name and how many times I ran in Hayama, but because the regular member did not remember how many times they ran, they all said "Many times". It was decided by the mismanagement meeting to record the number of runs so that everyone would participate more continuously, but it is not executing. It seems that it is done with other hash, but as I am working very hard, I think that it is difficult to implement, considering handover when a person in charge can not come. If there is a person who can propose a simple way, please. Hares were called in the middle and We discussed the impression of today's course. I am glad that the arrows were well marked, but I think that there were few checkpoints. For a person who is not so fast to run, it is more enjoyable to run with more checkpoints with everyone.

Since November's hash reached 25th, Susan who had been planning to do the hare on December 2nd got hare done on January 13th, and on December 9th she gave hare to Gerbil Stuffer and Just Cuming I decided to have it. At one point I was wondering what happened when the number of members decreased, but a new member such as Damien and Susan takes care of the hare and it is very helpful. Travis also told me to do hair, but he have been put on hold as his condition. I hope he do the hare if he recoverd completely. After the circle was over, a lot of sweets were left over, I brought them home for next hash. Also, UchiCoochieCoochie showed us the design of Hayama Hash she designed. Sweetie liked it, so it may be adopted for next T shirt design.

OnOn was a yakitori restaurant, just a short walk away. Dragonfly, she could not join in the run, joined here. (Please understand that you are not allowed to participate only OnOn on except for regular members.) Cliffhanger played well with my daughter Miruha. As Damien participated for the 6th time, he did not have a hash name yet, so I urged Sweetie and Santa-Maria to turn on, but it seemed like they was thinking that nothing remarkable seemed to come up.

After a while, I saw Damien sitting next to Take My Cherry and Sweetie asked me if he was her boyfriend. When I answered that he was not, it looked like something hit Sweeite, he said "On the Side"! Damien's hash name has been decided. I confirmed Damien, so it seemed not to be bad, so it was good. Some people don't come agin when they occasionally got strange names, so whenever We give hash names I am always mortally afraid. Jeff seemed that he did not like his name and he decided to put on it several times.

As the seat beside Mr. Kidokoro of the virgin was emptied, I told to him and found that Fullerair invited him yesterday when he was acquainted with Fullerair when he lived in Taiwan 15 years ago. Fullerair did good job. After I left the restaurant, everyone was lying, so I went back earlier, but it seems that Desperado took group photos after that. "We can't get into the habit of taking group photo readily!" is Desperado's phrase. Is it better to take it every time? If you want, it is better to decide the timing, because you will not forget and easy to take. I feel like I'm taking pictures of myself feeling that day. Including the photographs of trails, if anyone says that you can do the photo staff, please make a candidacy. There was a time when there was an official photographer called Mr. Saita for a while. Hopefully it is better for the photographer to run Eagle, but if it is difficult, I could just take pictures of the Eagle part. By the way, How long have you been in the habit of making eagle and turkey? It was not such a long time ago, even though someone did not rule it, it was decided naturally. It is a mysterious phenomenon.

Also, an implicit rule to turn OnOn on below 3500 yen. Since Hayama Hash is important to the taste and the atmosphere of the restaurant, it should have been good if it is up to 4000 yen, but everyone has 3500 yen because there are people complaining about 4000 yen. But I think that it is quite difficult to find a restaurant for 3,500 yen with unlimited drinks at any other place than Izakaya or Chinese. It seems that opinions are split here.

After that I recievd a email form Sweetie, "Please send UchiCoochieCoochie's design. And I forgot to decide the writer for today's report.Can you write up?". Then I'm writing this. Since it is less to decide the writer for hash repor, I think that it is not necessary, but it seems necessary. If necessary, I think we should assign a writer every time without forgetting.

Members who came from other hashes also seem to have gradually become more familiar. Over 30 people gathered and the atmosphere was very good overall. I hope the number of people in their 20s and 30s will increase slightly. I would appreciate if you have any good ideas.

I think that the hares of Damien and XieXiePooPoo was perfect. I regret that I could not see the temples and the shrine, so please hold hash at Futagotamagawa again.

今日は葉山ハッシュで初めての二子玉川でのハッシュでした。2時29分に二子玉川駅に着いて東口を出て二子玉川ライズの中をまっすぐ進むと、Santa-MariaやDesperadoなどいつも早めに来るメンバーがすでに集まっていました。集合場所がアディダスの前ということで、店の前に集まって大丈夫か心配していましたが、十分に広いスペースがあり、かつ屋根もあるので、ハッシュのスタートにはちょうどいい場所でした。トレイルと作るときに、雨のときのことを考えて屋根のある場所を探すのが一番難しかったりします。

ヘアーの姿が見えず心配していると、少し遅れてDamienとXieXiePooPooが来てハッシュキャッシュを集め始めました。Damienは今回が初のヘアーでしたがXieXiePooPooのサポートを受けて問題なくこなしていました。ランには参加しませんでしたが、久しぶりにTimesUpが子供二人を連れて遊びに来てくれました。たまに東京でやると、普段来にくい人が来てくれるのがいい点です。Travisは体調を壊していたようですが、久しぶりに参加してくれ元気そうでよかったです。何人か初めての人もいました。

スタートの時間が近づくと、Sweetieが声をかけてみんなを集め、ヘアーのDamienがコース説明をしました。私はいつも説明のときに写真を撮るので、説明があまり聞けないのですが、個別にXieXiePooPooに確認したところ、イーグルで8Km程度とのことだったので、ほっとしました。

時間になりみんなスタートしました。今日はやる気があったので、先頭を切って走りましたが写真を撮ってるうちに少しずつ抜かれていきました。Cliffhanger は膝の手術後なので、まだ少し痛そうでした。右に曲がり上り階段が続くところでゴブサタが先に走っている人に向かって「チェックバックって言え！」と言ったので、みんな笑ってました。確かにチェックバックっぽいところでしたが、残念ながらトゥルートレイルだったので階段を上らなければいけませんでした。2回目の参加のGayWalkerはサンダルで走っていましたが、どうもトレーニングの一環のようです。熱くて湿気もあり、かなりスローダウンしてしまい、しばらくFullerAirと話しながら歩きました。途中で自販機でジュースを買っていると、UchiCoochieCoochieとTake my cherryが追い付いてきました。しばらく進むと古墳があり、 そこを上り切ったところにある絵をみんなで見ていたところ、Sweetieがやってきました。Sweetieとトレイル中に遭遇するのは珍しいので集合写真を撮ろうかと思ったのですが、Sweetieは走ってはいないけど歩くのが早く、先に行ってしいました。左足を少し引きずっていて少し痛そうでした。足元をよく見ると、運動靴でなく普通の靴をはいてます。それで足が痛くなってるのでは？後ろからCat eyesがやってきて、その後等々力渓谷を通ったのですが、昔来た時のイメージとだいぶ違ってました。こんなにきれいに舗装されてなかった気がするのですが、自分の記憶違いなのかもしれません。Sweetieに追いついたところで、UchiCoochieCoochieが集合写真を撮ってくれました。写真を撮ってくれる人はとても助かります。以前、ミスマネジメントのミーティングで写真係は交代制にしようと提案したのですが、誰とは決めずに写真を撮った人がそれぞれアップすればいいという話になり、うやむやになってしいました。それだと誰も写真を撮ってなかったということになる可能性があるので、毎回最低一人は決めるべきかと思います。今思いつきましたが、参加者の中から毎回事前に一人お願いするようにしようかな？

しばらく街中のランが続き、イベントの紹介文にあった神社や寺はどこにあるの？と思っていたら二子玉川駅に戻ってきて、そのまま玉川の河川敷に進み、ここがゴールでした。ゴールには十分なお菓子とドリンクがありました。特にピムスというものを初めて知ったのですが、XieXiePooPooが作ってくれてとてもおいしかったです。バックドアホが落花生を差し入れしてくれてました。SusanがWiggy、Frehcnie、Cum Louder、Chotto Matte Neとアメリカで集合していた写真を見ていたので、声をかけて彼らが元気にやっているのを聞けてよかたです。いつかまた会えることを楽しみにしてます。

実はみんなターキーコースに進んでしまったために、お寺や神社が見れなかったようです。先頭を走ったと思われるバナナハンモックが「お前のせいだ！」と責められていましたが、あとで聞いたところDamienもEとTのマークを描いていなかったようです。

長めに歓談したあと、Sweetieの掛け声でサークルがはじまりました。名前と何回葉山で走ったかを順番に言うことになったのですが、レギュラーメンバは何回走ったかを覚えていないので、みんなMany timesと言ってました。みんなにもっと継続的に参加してもらうように、走った回数を記録することにミスマネジメントのミーティングで決まったのですが、実行されていません。ほかのハッシュではやっているようですが、私としてはとても大変な作業だし担当者が来れないときの引継ぎなど考えると、実施は難しいと思っています。もし簡単なやり方を提案してくれる人がいたらお願いします。ヘアーが真ん中に呼ばれ、今日のコースの感想を言い合いました。私としてはアローがよくかかれていてよかったのですが、チェックポイントが少なかったように思います。あまり走るのが早くない人からすると、チェックポイントが多いほうがみんなと一緒に走れるので楽しめます。

11月のハッシュが25日になったので、12月2日にヘアーやる予定だったSusanには1月13日にヘアーをやってもらい、12月9日にGerbil StufferとJust Cumingにヘアーをやってもらうことにしました。一時はメンバーが減ってどうなることかと思いましたが、DamienやSusanなど新しいメンバーがヘアーを引き受けてくれてとても助かります。Travisもヘアーやると言ってくれていたのですが、体調を壊してしまったので、保留になっています。体調が戻ったら是非ヘアーをお願いします。サークルが終わり、お菓子が大量に余ったので次のヘアーの私が持って帰ることになりました。

あと、UchiCoochieCoochieが葉山ハッシュのデザインを作ってくれて見せてくれました。Sweetieも気に入っていたので、次回のTシャツのデザインに採用されるかも。

オンオンのお店は歩いてすぐのところにある、焼き鳥屋さんでした。ここでランには参加できなかったDragonflyが合流しました。（レギュラーメンバ以外はオンオンだけの参加はご遠慮いただいているので、ご了承ください。）Cliffhanger が娘のミルハとよく遊んでくれてました。Damienは6回目の参加でまだハッシュネームがないので、つけてあげるようにSweetieとSanta-Mariaに催促しましたが、あまりいいのが思い浮かばないようで考えあぐねている様子でした。

しばらくして、Take my cherryの横に座っているDamienを見て、彼はボーイフレンドなのかと聞くので、そうではないと答えたところ、なにかひらめたようで、「On the Side」だ！と言って、Damienのハッシュネームが決まりました。Damienに確認したことろ、いやではなさそうだったのでよかったです。たまに変な名前をつけられて来なくなってしまう人もいるので、名前をつけるときはいつも冷や冷やします。Jeffは名前が気に入らなかったようで、何回かつけることになりましたが。

バージンのキドコロさんの横の席が空いたので声をかけたところ、Fullerairが 15年前に台湾に住んでた頃の知り合いで、昨日呼ばれて参加したそうです。Fullerairもしっかり仕事してますね。お店を出たあ と、みんながうだうだしてるので先に帰りましたが、そのあとで集合写真を撮っていたようです。「集合写真と撮る 週間がなかなかつかないわね！」とはDesperadoの言葉ですが、毎回撮ったほうがいいですかね？撮るならそのタイミングも決めたほうが、忘れないし撮りやすいので助かります。自分的にはその日の気分で撮りたかったら撮ってるという感じなんですが。ランの写真も含め、もし写真係やってもいいという人がいたら、是非立候補をお願いします。一時期は斉田さんというオフィシャルフォトグラファーがいた時期もあったのですが。できれば写真係の人はイーグルを走ってもらったほうがいいのですが、難しければ私がイーグルの部分の写真だけ撮るのでもいいです。ところでイーグル、ターキーを作る習慣はいつからついたんでしょうかね？昔はそんなのなかったし、だれかがルール化したわけでもないのに、自然と決まりになりましたね。不思議な現象です。

あと、オンオンを3500円以下にするという暗黙のルール。葉山ハッシュは味とお店の雰囲気重視なので4000円までならいいことにしたはずなのですが、4000円だと不満を言う人がいるのでみんな3500円にしてます。でも居酒屋や中華以外で、飲み放題付きで3500円の店探すのはなかなか大変だと思います。ここは意見が分かれるところのようです。

その後SweetieからのUchiCoochieCoochieのデザインを送れとうメールの中に、レポート担当を決めるのを忘れてた！かけるか？と聞かれたので、これを書くことになりました。レポート担当を決めることのほうが少ないので、必要ないのかなと思ったりもするのですが、必要なようです。必要なら、毎回忘れずに決めたほうがよいかと思います。

ほかのハッシュから来てくれてるメンバーも回を重ねてだんだんなじんできたような気がします。30人以上が集まり全体的にとてもいい雰囲気でした。20～30代の人がもう少し増えるといいのですが。なにかよいアイデアがあればお願いします。

DamienとXieXiePooPooのヘアーも申し分なかったと思います。お寺と神社が見れなくて残念だったので、また二子玉川でヘアーをお願いします。
