2015年、葉山ハッシュは鎌倉からスタートです。

ご利益あるかも、の素敵なトレイルを考えております。

寒さも厳しい1月ですがランにはいい季節、がんばりましょう。

今年も美味しいお料理と適度なお酒を楽しむ、葉山ハッシャーの心得ですね^m^

身につけてない人は200円のペナルティになります。

また、ハッシュTシャツを着ていない場合も100円のペナルティになります。

ペナルティはチャリティに寄付する予定です。
