Well where do I start? – as an occasional 4H runner and still without a name – a subject of much discussion after the on-on I turned out of the March Hash somewhat reluctantly after seeing the weather forecast. However it was an excellent surprise. Seeing the condition of the Hare (Spud Poker) at the start would have been off-putting to some – he looked somewhat the worse for wear – but he had “gambarued” in the full sense and the trail was excellent. As promised narrow lanes, hills, sea and narrow lanes with views that without the weather would have been stunning!

For me personally, this being my first “post-winter” outing, I spent my time somewhat near the back, along with Santa-Maria – but even though the rain/snow/wind id its bets to remove the marks we happily followed the trail with only one mistake. And at the end we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the ON-ON. And delicious it was too!

This hash was so pleasant that I am inspired to organizing the “Perry/Anjin” has myself down in this part of the world very soon (so much so that I am already out there in this somewhat nicer weather I am already out in the neighboring hills checking the trails). So be ready folks for a major adventure! (Maybe including a Fuji view).
