HASHの前にYOGAもできますよ。

Our 4H hare on Sunday 7th March - start Zushi Station South exit at

3pm - is serial trail setter with 26 or so hareings - is this a new

word? - to his credit and countless others not to his credit. Sweetie

has absolutely no idea of the route whether scenic/interesting/testing/

uphill or down dale only that it should be 10ks or so and hopefully

will end up at one of our best Onon finds .

This foodie establishment imports a variety of chefs from top class

Tokyo restaurants our last foray in 2009 was judged to be resounding

success with great Spanish food. No idea of the chef`s preferences

this Sunday but this family run eatery takes it`s food very seriously.

I seem to recall the wine was OK and draft beer on tap excellent.

A hasher had the temerity to ask what happens if it rains - forecast

for Sunday is mixed - the response is the same however inclement the

weather or indeed anything else....WE RUN! See you Sunday.
