A:tīngshuō nín yǒukōng fángjiān 。

听说 您 有空 房间 。

A: I've been told you might have a vacant room.

B: shìde ，wǒ yǒu yìjiān kōngfáng 。

是的 ，我 有 一间 空房 。

B: Yes, I have a spare room.

A:xiànzài néng kànkan fángzi ma ？

现在 能 看看 房子 吗 ？

A: Would it be OK to look at the room now?

B:Nǐ 20 fēnzhōng hòu guòlái hǎoma ？wǒmen zhènghǎo zài chī wǎnfàn ne 。

你20 分钟 后 过来 好吗 ？ 我们 正好 在 吃 晚饭 呢 。

B: Could you come here in 20 minutes? We're right in the middle of dinner.

(20 minutes later, A and his wife C went to together to see the flat. )

C: zhège fángzi búcuò 。

这个 房子 不错 。

C: This apartment looks nice.

A: shìde ，yǒu liǎngjiān wòshì ，zhè bǐjiào fāngbiàn 。

是的 ，有 两间 卧室 ，这 比较 方便 。

háiyǒu ，kètīng bǐ wǒ yuánxiān xiǎng de yào dà 。

还有 ，客厅 比 我 原先 想 的 要 大 。

A: Yes, it has two bedrooms. That's convenient. And the living room is larger than I expected.

C:zhège kètīng zhēndà ya ！

C: The living room is really large, isn't it!

B: Yes, about forty square meters.

A: The bathtub is large enough for two people.

C: Great. We can give our two children a bath together.

C: Can I open the window and air out the room?

B:dāngrán kéyǐ 。

B: Sure.

A: It's a nice apartment.

A: How much is the rent?

C:fángzū zhōng bāokuò shuǐ 、diàn hé méiqìfèi ma ？

房租 中 包括 水 、电 和 煤气费 吗 ？

C: Are the utilities included in the rent?

B: zhǐ bāokuò méiqì 。nǐ xūyào zhīfù shuǐdiànfèi 。

B: Only gas is included. You have to pay for the electricity and water.

A:wǒmen shénme shíhou kéyǐ bān jìnlái ？

A: When can we move in?
