是一个解释性句子，对某种事物或现象做出解释。先用“所谓”提出需要解释的对象，接着用“就是”什么什么加以解释这个事物或现象。

“所谓......，就是......”is an explanatory sentence， "when we say..., we mean...."

If you want explain a certain thing or a phenomenon, you can use "when

we say" to mention the object to be explained, and then add "we mean..."

to explain it.

suǒ wèi dì shū ， jiù shì zài dì shàng liàn xí shū fǎ 。

所谓地书，就是在地上练习书法。
