Binding words, 连绵词

n Chinese there are expressions composed of two words that can't be separated. This kind of two-word expressions is called binding words, 连绵词.

The first type of Binding Words——both of the two words share the same initial consonant. 声母相同的连绵词, e.g 忐忑tǎntè, 乒乓pīngpāng, 仿佛fǎngfú etc.
