Spaced Repetition Learning System

SRS is best used for vocabulary building. With adults’ help, it is very effective for helping children learn vocabulary too.

The cycle can work like this:

Day 1: introduction of the new vocabulary

Day 2: first review

Day 4: second review

Day 7: third review

After several reviews, we can be certain that the vocabulary will be memorized.

In this way, the forgetting cycle can be interrupted and the maximum retention can be achieved. It is that simple but powerful.

Sounds exciting, right? Here I will show how it works:

1. Everyday I send you an email containing the lesson of the day together with some other materials you can use to enforce the learning;

2. There are only 5 characters to be learned each day. As your child progresses, phrases and sentences will be included in the lesson. So in the end, your child should not only master the 100 characters, but also be able to read some phrases and sentences;

3. I will provide daily support, motivation and hold you accountable for fulfill the challenge of the day, and the whole challenge of the 20 days;
