Ingredients:
16 oz ground pork (50/50 pork + a different lean meat will reduce the fattiness of 100% pork)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp rubbed sage (dried)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 to 1/4 tsp crushed cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp coriander
Directions
Mix all together, patty out and fry.
My non-SCD husband said they need more sage, but I think he's missing the MSG. My SCD tastebuds love these though and think they taste great. I do weigh my ground pork because I discovered if you use even a bit more the spices aren't strong enough.
