Ingredients:
1 cup coconut or homemade almond milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
dash of nutmeg
pinch of salt
Directions:
In a blender, whirl together a cup of coconut or homemade almond milk with egg.
Add vanilla, nutmeg and salt, and blend until combined.
OPTIONAL: sweeten with honey or a pitted date
