Sharing a great recipe with all of you. We did small muffins for my toddler's birthday. It turned out all kids wanted it and the adults asked me for the recipe. Everything was gone in under 15 minutes. Here it is:
Ingredients:
4 - 4.5 cups roasted/baked pecans (grind in the food processor)
1/2 cup honey
4-6 oz mashed squash
1 - 2 tablespoons water to make a little softer
Mix together (after pecans are ground)
Bake in muffin cups 350 for 20-25 min.
*you may substitute pecans for almonds also.*no wheat/gluten - no dairy - no eggs - no peanuts - no soy
