Ingredients
2 medium banana
2 xl eggs
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup blueberries
2 tsp almond meal
Dash of cinnamon
Directions
Blend all ingredients in bullet.
In 9" skillet heat 2 tsp olive oil and add batter.
10-15 minutes on medium heat.
Cut to quarters and flip for 3-5 minutes.
Melted butter and drizzled honey completes.
4 hour energy boost.
