Crust Ingredients:
1 cup riced cauliflower (chopped in food processor & steamed in microwave for 4 mins.)
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1egg, beaten
1 clove garlic, crushed
Oregano, basil, salt, & pepper, to taste. Mix all in a bowl with a spoon. Pat out thin on a parchment paper lined pan. Brush with olive oil. Bake on 400° until browned. Remove from oven. Eat as "cheesy garlic bread" or top with pizza sauce & toppings and bake again.
Pizza sauce:
16 oz of legal tomato juice or Pomi tomatos cooked down to the consistency you like.
Garlic powder (SCD Legal) , salt, pepper, oregano, & basil, to taste
Mix together with a spoon.
I usually put sauce, then brown ground beef, onion, peppers & mushrooms, then put more shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top and bake until cheese starts to brown.
Other topping ideas: bacon, pineapple, SCD legal sausage, chicken, homemade BBQ sauce (instead of pizza sauce)
