INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 cup of coconut oil, melted
-2 tbsp coconut flakes (I toasted mine, and you can make extra to sprinkle on top if you like)
-1/4 cup almond butter, warmed or melted slightly
-2 tsp clear liquid honey
-pinch of sea salt
METHOD:
1) Mix your coconut oil, coconut flakes, almond spread and honey into a bowl.
2) Spread on a tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with salt (and extra coconut if you want)
3) Place into freezer for 20 minutes then break into shards when its hard enough. Store in the fridge since it'll melt at room temperature
