Janet Sinclaire Manuel’s Chicken Breast Pizza Crust
Let's see,
1 breast of chicken,
1 egg,
a pinch of Himalayan salt,
2 Tablespoon of olive oil,
Put in vitamix or food processor, and mix till a smooth paste, very little time necessary.
Spoon mixture out and spread on greased round pan, thin layer, or prob an 8x8 pan square pan.
Put in a preheated oven on 350f for 12 mins or so, then take out your crust, up your temperature oven to 400f,
add your pizza sauce, and toppings of choice to your chicken dough crust, add the grated cheese, put it back into the 400 f oven, for about 15 -20 mins, take out, cool it, slice it...
eat it with your fingers, like a real pizza or with fork and knife. This is my original recipe by Janet Sinclaire 2014, ©. PS To spread the chicken dough easily I put oil on my clean hands, and if you lift up the cooked crust from the pan after, the crust underneath seems to have that same pizza look and feel.
