Tea

Black tea is legal, but should be made weak.

Green tea has a limit of two cups a day.

Peppermint, spearmint and ginger teas are legal

Dandelion root tea is illegal, the root contains polysaccharides and inulin. The leaves are edible.

Marilyn from PecanBread recommends NOT using Chamomile (you can see her concerns below), but there's no official ruling that says no.

PecanBread says "no herbal teas," but Elaine stated only that herbal teas and barks trees often have polysaccharides, which would by default make them illegal. Therefore, it's safe to assume that if you know the herb is ONLY monosaccharides then it would be safe to consume. (Hence why the "herbal teas" made from mints and ginger are allowed.)

However, the best idea would be to start with a weak cup and see if you have any reactions before increasing the amount you drink.
