Ingredients
1/2 whole duck
1 medium pear
2 small onions
2 cloves garlic
Dash of sea salt
Sprinkle of tumeric.
splash of oregano
Rosemary
Directions
Frozen duck in slow cooker on low.
Process the pear,onions & garlic to cover the duck breast.
add spices and a 1/4 cup of Dole pineapple juice but only in Canada where it's still legal.
In USA you can make your own juice.Sorry FDA.
Cook for 8 hours.
Fry some brussel sprouts and carrots.
Presto a good meal for dinner.
Duck is extremely fatty so the fat that comes out can be drained off for frying veggies later.
